Im giving two stars because the place was clean but I had an overpriced paella that after a hour waiting it was just burned rice most of it, a couple of shrimps and oysters . The server was lost most of the time even to serve the paella or bring water. This used to be a great place, not anymore.

Very nice to be located in Miami, a little corner of Spain, I missed the typical Spanish appetizer but I recommend it. The octopus very delicious.

The food and service is excellent. The atmosphere is spectacular and you are immediately greeted by the owners, who make you feel at home. They have live music on the weekends and also host private events. The wine selection is great. If you want to try authentic Spanish food, this is the place to try! I definitely recommend El Gallegazo for your next outing.

I like the food but it always takes them a long time to understand you as there are only 2 occupied tables in the restaurant including mine. So I don't understand why there is such a delay in asking you for the order, I once saw a couple leave because of the delay.

Phone service was fast. A lot of noise in the background due to the loud music. The place looks dirty and disorganized. The food was bad. I ordered a Galician broth that tasted rancid. The cod croquettes were just flour with some fiber that could have been any fish. White rice, something so simple, dry and flavorless. The late Santiago is a disaster. The place has been there for many years so I wanted to try the food. First and last time.

We recently visited Miami, and since I always wanted to try this restaurant, we invited another couple for dinner to see what it was like. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Being the only people at the restaurant is always a bad sign to me, but we decided to stay. I found the decor to be nice. They had background music with white noise, not well tuned. Our waitress was very attentive, but lacked experience, no fault on her, since you have to start somewhere. I do give her an A for effort and friendliness. They offer music and a show on Friday's and Sunday's, we were there on a different night, but still, I would expect to see some people. We all ordered tapas. Regarding the food...my husband and I ordered the Fabada Asturiana, my husband liked it more than me, although it was tasty I found the beans not as soft as I like. I ordered the 6 croquetas de bacalao and my husband other croquetas with goat cheese that were fine. The other couple ordered garbanzos fritos, sopa de calabaza, chorizo al vino and patatas bravas, which were also fine, nothing really spectacular. We had a small jarra de sangría which served 21/2 small glasses, and it was water down and not great. My husband ordered a glass of Rioja and the other person regular water. All of this was tapas size, not a dinner size servings and the bill came to $136 dollars plus tip, I thought it was excessive considering the food was not delicious and the ambiance was non exsistant. I believe this is a place to come for the show and pay too much for your food. I'm sorry to say we won't be coming back.

the overall experience fell short, making it unlikely for me to return. Unfortunately, the Callos, were not up to par. They had a strong, off-putting smell.

The best octopus I have ever eaten, prepared by an authentic Galician chef. The cod croquettes delicious. Enjoyable ambiance. Impeccable service. We highly recommend the restaurant and will be coming back.
