This place has the worst customer service, very high prices and they don't have the beers you want to consume, the management is very rude. I have gone a couple of times by invitation and I always leave regretting going. For this weekend the family wanted to make a reservation and they wanted to charge us $500 just for the reservation and the entrance and consumption separately. It wasn't even a Cache place that ended up full of drunks and fights. A very bad atmosphere and terrible customer service.

Karaoke mic super loud music horrible and I got charged $10.00 each for me and my spouse to hear terrible karaoke. Service was not good, food quality was poorly also.I asked for a 3 Leche and it suckedI love 3 Leche and this one was totally different tasting. Will never come back.

The location is quite odd. There are an incredible amount of tables, similar to a ballroom. The service was fine. The waitress was very nice but when it was time to get the check she was no where to be found. The food was very good. The only drinks we had was cacao but it wasn't great. Very grainy. Overall, I would go again just because the food was very tasty.

I came for the first time to spend time with family and the restaurant started to get too crowded. In the middle of ordering more food, they handed us the bill and told us we had to leave to make room for another table. It was very unprofessional and very rude.
The service was absolutely trash. Me and my family visited this restaurant for the first time and after spending hundreds of dollars their food was extremely expensive and at last they were kicking us out because they were getting busy.

The place is very nice but the service is very bad. They are not professionals. In reality, the place is not for enjoying with the family. It is more for drunks. Don't go with children. I don't recommend it. We were 4 people and we waited an hour for the food and when they brought it, they didn't get it. They brought the dishes together 10 minutes later and then the others also did the same with the others.
