El Metro Restaurant offers good everyday Cuban food at an affordable price, served quickly. The food is of decent quality, tasty, and reasonably priced. The restaurant's atmosphere is mostly composed of local workers and truck drivers, who seem to know where to find a good meal. The fish soup is particularly excellent, and the staff, including Ms. Gretel, provide excellent service. Customers enjoy the scrambled eggs with Swiss cheese and ham for breakfast, as well as the ropa vieja and rabo encendido for lunch, all prepared by the friendly and attentive staff.
