The meat was excellent, we were a party of three, everyone order different plates and all of them were very good, the sides also were good. They have a live entertainment which was very nice. The staff were courteous and attentive.
Excellent service and the people's very nice , enjoy the place

I was horrified to find broken plastic from the steak temperature meter inside my steak. When I called the restaurant, the “manager” told me to just cut it open, remove the shards, and eat it anyway. I couldn’t believe the lack of concern for my safety! The rice was cold, the sides were terrible, and the service was unbelievably dismissive. I’m deeply disappointed and genuinely worried that someone else could be hurt by their carelessness.

Food/service was fine -- the only thing uncomfortable was the air conditioning 😠 --annoying ambiance--- can not enjoy the time-- been at other Novillos restaurant at it is not like this -- need to set timer to be comfortable for everyone

Service was extremely slow. Seemed like one waiter for the entire area. Took a long time to take our order. The food took a while to arrive. Ordered my carne asada well done and they gave it to me medium/medium rare. Sent it back and they brought it charbroiled on the outside and still red inside. Soda wasn't refilled. Asked for a refill and lemon or lime and it took over 20 minutes to bring it out. All the ice was already melted. Nice ambiance but they are lacking staff/service.
We went to celebrate my hubby's birthday. I picked somewhere close to our hotel. We loved every bite!! We sat on the patio and it was lovely. We ordered drinks-Cadillac margarita and a modelo. We ordered the sampler platter of appetizers-plantain chips, tacos, cheese, ribs, sausage and beans. Then we ordered the churasco steak and the fried whole fish. As stated earlier every morsel was delicious!! Then we ordered chocolate cake and a coffee. The cake we both said is exactly what you want when you order chocolate cake. It was moist, had a layer or pudding ( we think) great frosting, and chips. If we lived closer this would be a regular place. It was busy, people coming in constantly, and just yummy!!!
Service and food were great. We've never had to wait with a reservation. Our go-to meal is the chicken churrasco. We dine here at least once a month and are usually very pleased with the experience.

Beautiful restaurant but the food was horrible and unseasoned. Churrasco had no flavor and we asked for medium steaks and received well done steaks in return. Didn’t send it back either because we waited over an hour for our food. The server was rude and inattentive. Only thing that was good was the gallo pinto and the maduros.
