I’d give this restaurant 5 stars for the service, 3 for the food. Our server was Marbelly and she was amazing! Exceptional customer service, very friendly, and patient. I had simple baleadas and they tasted good but the cook barely put any frijoles on them. They were just a light smear of frijoles. Also, they need to turn down the music, it’s hard to talk and listen to each other. Lastly, the place is pretty spacious but it needs a makeover, even just a new paint job and new color scheme would help it a lot.

I eat the best and delicious special Baleada ever !! Everything we eat there is the best!!! When o order to go then later i saw that the food didn’t match with my speciations, i called an i complained , Lester one of the manager really took my concerns seriously and fixed a situation that i have had and he gave me a 2nd order for free , it was spectacular !!! It tasted better then ever!!! I am a happy client for over 20 years !! I always bring new client for them, my group of friends went up to 24 people at once!! And i will continue coming back over and over again and again like I always do,

Food was good. I had sopa de marisco con leche de coco. Menu not to kids friendly. Needs more options for kids. The restaurant was clean, but the music was to loud, specially if you want to have a conversation. Service was zero star, our waitress didn't seemed friendly, she seemed annoying, and not once did she checked on us to see if we needed anything when she was just chilling by the bar tenders, so it wasn't like she was super busy. I had to asked another waitress for our check. Also, watch out for the extra fees when you're ready to pay, they pre tip themselves and perhaps this is why our service didn't cared about our needs. And from reading others reviews about the same issues it looks like management don't care about correcting the problem. I won't be back or recomend this place.

A lot to say, maybe because they know their tip is included and seen to be that they don't care. Wow, another thing I found out is they charge extra if you are paying with a credit card (it this legal)

The worst beef milanese plate ever. The beef was over cooked; also I ordered a passion fruit juice and the cup was smelling fish. Also the charge 4% extra if you pay by debit or credit card. Terrible experience, but the waitress was kind and polite. I don't recommend this place. There's nothing to be proud there.

I ordered a beef jalapeño, the truth is very delicious and everything but it didn't have onion (not even one) the jalapeño and I was surprised since I had asked for a lot of onion, it was delicious yes

We ordered some BBQ ribs, they were good but average. And a grilled chicken breast that both dishes came with rice, lettuce tomato and fried banana, was not something out of this world.

Today, November 12, I went to the restaurant to eat a chicken with a slice. When I opened the chicken, it had a slightly unusual color. I called the waitress. I told her to check the chicken. She told me that they were going to change it, to which a boy arrived rudely. telling me that the chicken was fresh when clearly its color said it all they offered me another chicken as a courtesy to which while I was disliking that chicken in the restaurant I felt a bad vibe from the waitresses who looked at me with a bad face and you could see their discomfort for that reason I can't give it the five stars it deserves

TERRIBLE, my experience on this site. The place was not very full and yet it took a long time to serve us, the waitresses with little knowledge of service, it took us more than 40 minutes waiting for 2 dishes and to complete it, I asked the waitress if I could change the rice since I don't eat rice for vegetables and he said yes and they charged me additionally without even notifying me that I had to pay it separately. I don't recommend this place at all.
