We went to brunch and the vibes food service and staff was amazing. They were very attentive and we appreciated that there were staff walking around regularly and we could ask any of them if we needed something.

Either the chef or the quality of the purchases changed. The steak is no longer prime but it's still the same price and the octopus is chewy.

When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation to which I said no. The hostess then told me an hour+ wait. There was a bar so we put our name down. I then overheard the hostess tell the next party behind us that since they didn't have a reservation they had open reservations still available for 10/1015. (It was 955 at the time). I then and reserved a table and went to the hostess at the time and she told me she doesn't care and now it's 1.5 hour wait. Mind you the other tables behind us were already seated and there were still open tables around. Finally we were seated 30 minutes later and our waitress was not friendly at all. We ordered sushi which was AMAZING but also ordered beef sticks which were AWFUL. They were burnt and dry and inedible. We ended up sending them back and were still charged for them. Drinks were expensive but good. 20$ for a lemon drop- which it's Miami. I get it. The atmosphere was amazing. We didn't stop dancing the entire time. I just wish our service was a little better. I would try this place again- and just hope for better service in the future.
