Food is good and workers are sweet, but the food is way too overpriced. A styrofoam container of rice, 10 oxtails and one small container of maduros was over $90!!! When the lady quoted the price, I actually thought she had made a mistake. I could’ve gone to Red Lobster for much cheaper. And my husband and I often get the distinct feeling that the prices quoted are fabricated on the spot vs. carefully calculated.
Not to mention, our container of yellow rice was completely spoiled the next day, indicating that it was already days old when we purchased it. We had to dump it all out. I cannot tell you how LIVID we were. The only reason we didn’t go back to the place and raise hell the next day was because it was Christmas and they were closed.
