I’m a regular customer and stop by El Palacio de los Jugos about 2–3 times a week. I would honestly come daily if a few issues around the juice offerings were addressed.
I particularly enjoy fresh vegetable and fruit juices, but I’ve consistently noticed that the carrot juice tastes watered down or diluted, and the guanábana juice tastes overly sweet. I’ve been told at several locations that sugar and sometimes water are added to some of the juices that are presented as “natural.”
If that’s the case, I believe this should be clearly disclosed or explained. Many customers choose these juices specifically for health reasons, assuming they are freshly squeezed or pressed without additives. A lack of clarity can unintentionally mislead people who are trying to make healthier choices.
That said, I still consider El Palacio de los Jugos a welcomed oasis of healthier options in a landscape dominated by sugary beverages that contribute to obesity and diabetes. Most of the juice selection is excellent, which is why I’m taking the time to share this feedback.
I hope management will consider clarifying ingredients and possibly improving the preparation of certain juices. Transparency and consistency would go a long way—and would definitely keep loyal customers like me coming back even more often.

Would to point out the gentleman Lazaro makes the best rice pudding. He's very humble about it and deserves the recognition for making the best rice pudding I've ever had in Miami. The food here is very fresh and delicious which I ve had for 8 years.
