We were going to come eat here but they have a sign saying dogs are not allowed. There’s an open space but they decided to discriminate against dogs. We ended up switching to a pet-friendly restaurant.

Worst service at the window, I was ignored and overlooked as the service lady took care of her friends first that came after me

I ordered a large green juice, called “Reboot Ginger” which states it has ginger, lemon, pineapple, cucumber, celery, and kale. She filled up half of my large up with bottled lemonade….. that defeated the purpose of a healthy, real juice. It was disgusting and no diabetic friendly.

Great food by the pound to sit and eat, or takeout. I prefer the takeout option.

I really wanted to like El Palacio de los Jugos—the portions are generous, the atmosphere is lively, and the food has that home-cooked Cuban flavor. But one thing absolutely ruined the experience for me: the jaw-dropping amount of oil they add to everything.

I watched in disbelief as, even after the food was fully cooked, they continued to pour what looked like vegetable oil over it with zero restraint. It wasn’t just a drizzle—it was excessive, borderline reckless. It left my meal feeling heavy, greasy, and honestly, kind of unappetizing.

I get that Cuban food isn’t meant to be “light,” but there’s a difference between rich flavors and drenching perfectly good food in what feels like straight-up poison. It’s a real shame because the ingredients and seasoning seem solid. If they toned down the oil—even just a little—it would make a huge difference in both flavor and overall quality.

Hoping they take this feedback seriously, because otherwise, I just can’t justify coming back.

Spent quite a bit of money there for 10 people for Christmas Day luncheon which I preordered And paid for. Lechón (pork) was semi tasty with only the dark meat included. Rice was undercooked. The beans (ha!!) were non-existent and mainly black bean broth, hardly any beans…frijoles broth would have been a better name!! Awful!! And when you asked for mojo to pour over the pork and yucca it seemed to be rationed and only received a small cup. Never again will I spend This sort of money for a less than mediocre meal. Shame shame shame

The worst place in the world, for the second time it happens to me that I order online and when I arrive they tell me that they do not have what I ordered available, and they are incapable of refunding me because I am the one who has to call Doordash for my refund. IT WAS NOT EASIER TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. I think it leaves a lot to be desired. FINALLY, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD TIME, DON'T VISIT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE

Food with excess Grade. We bought 8 different meals per pound. They add up the money in a napkin, apparently there is no register. Several people came, one of them told him you didn't charge well. We are Americans and they abused us. The pressure k The white contents had written No Sum Lo K They charged us. They charged us much more. In K Place is that they do not give you receipt that indicates the Cost of each thing. And This Behavior Is Cuba Type Behavior. I say it X Experience I have gone and worked in Havana.
