Where do I even begin. My waiter Georgina was beyond amazing. Super attentive and charismatic and had everything delivered in a timely manner. Food was super good and very tasting. But honestly I was just more impressed of how Georgina customer service and welcoming vibe made this lunch experience very satisfying.

FIRE THE WAITRESS. I don’t know her name, but we went in on 11/22/25 for dinner around 6 or 6pm. Me and my whole family went, and my aunt had just got here from New York and we came in because my grandma was a frequent customer. My aunt ordered a grilled fish. She ordered in English- we all heard her order the grilled fish. But there was a misunderstanding and they brought the fried fish. We simply asked them to take the fried fish back and bring the grilled fish. They have 2 options for fish, a fried option and a grilled option. A different waitress came to our table and started explaining that the fish she ordered only comes fried and we were trying to explain we don’t care the type of fish, she ordered in English “grilled fish” so please bring out any grilled fish. We explained this several times to the waitress. My mom got annoyed and asked her “are you not understanding?” And the woman snaps at my mom saying that she needs to calm down. I understand my mom could have said something else, but it’s very simple just take the fried fish away and bring the grilled fish it’s very simple. The waitress proceeded to argue with my mother and called her “maleducada.” I said “excuse me that is my mother” and she said “oh that’s your mom? Ella es una maleducada.” Repeating herself as if to say - yea I said it, and what are you going to do about it. It took every ounce of my sanity to keep my cool. How dare you. I asked her to leave the table and she refused, and continued to argue with us. Like what is your problem? You are here now calling my mother names. I literally had to yell at her saying “don’t you have a job to do? Leave the table!” She kept arguing with us all at the table it was the weirdest behavior I’ve ever seen from a waitress. I’ve never seen a waitress hang out at the table and just continue to argue with customers. It was as if she wanted to argue. The entire time, none of us ever insulted her, she had no reason to insult any of us. The girl has got to go. She’s going to cause major problems at your restaurant, She’s horrible. Our complaint was simple, just bring out the grilled fish, good grief. I think it was a language barrier, we ordered in English and maybe the lady misunderstood. But come on now that’s not our fault because listen we are in the United States, I think it’s my aunt’s right to order in English. The menu is in English, isn’t it? The waitress should not have made this a big deal. We are right, and you are wrong. Take the fish and bring the grilled fish. My aunt said “forget it I don’t want any fish.” So they never brought it, we ate as quick as we could, paid our bill, and left. Anyways. I saw 3 women working there: one older tall woman, one short heavier set woman, and one medium height brunette woman. It’s the medium height brunette that has GOT TO GO. Our actual waitress, the heavier set shortest one-she was nice. No complaints about her. Food was fine, everything was fine except for that unpleasant and combative waitress. I’m 39 years old and I’ve gone out with my family millions of times to eat and nothing like that has ever happened to us before. I have come with my grandma countless times over the years to this restaurant and because of this experience, I will never be back.

I went and got a burger. The meat was really soft and tasty. I loved it. Fries were thin and crunchy. My friend got a salsa Latina and she liked it a lot. The lady that served us was very friendly and smiling a lot. Will definitely return. You have to speak Spanish because there is no English in there!

Amazing food and atmosphere. Liye was so welcoming and helpful to us. My parents don't speak Spanish but she was so patient and helpful to them. It was a great experience and will be back for sure when we return to Miami. Thanks so much to the whole team 😁
