Came here for a weekday lunch and of course we had to try a little bit of everything. Service was excellent and this was a true gem!!!! Reminds me of when I traveled to Spain, everything was traditional and they import so many delicious foods/ingredients.

Very disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor, save your money and your time too, especially if you don’t speak Spanish. Don’t go there.
When we arrived, the waiter at the bar looked at us in an annoyed way and didn’t say anything, even though we said hello. It took a while before anyone showed us to a table, even though the restaurant was almost empty. When we finally sat down, the waiter didn’t notice that we were ready to order. Instead, he took orders from guests who arrived after us. It honestly felt like Spanish-speaking customers were prioritized while we were ignored... discrimination at its best.
The food was not that good. The paella was okay, but the grilled prawns were overgrilled and dry.
When paying, the menu said “Paella min. 2 (2 persons) - $27,” but we were charged 2 x $27. Since paella can’t be ordered for one person, the menu is misleading. When we pointed this out, the waiter became irritated and unprofessional. It also seemed that he didn't understand what we were trying to say.
When we left, no one said goodbye. Overall, an uncomfortable experience with poor service.

I was dining several times before I I thought that it was ok. But the last time, it really surprised me. Grilled pulp and mussels whit caramel onions were the top. High recommended.
It was so good I live in Pompano Beach, but I would definitely drive down to eat there again!

My recent visit to El Rincon Asturiano was an absolute delight, truly a fantastic find for authentic Spanish cuisine! From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by genuine, traditional Spanish vibes. It’s clear this isn't one of those new, overly modern places; instead, it offers a truly authentic atmosphere that makes you feel like you've been transported to Spain.
The food was simply outstanding. As someone who appreciates real Spanish flavors, I can confidently say this is the most authentic Spanish restaurant I've found. The portions were incredibly generous, and every dish was prepared with care. I had the seafood rice, which was packed with flavor and so substantial I struggled to finish it – in the best way possible! The fact that the shrimp were perfectly cleaned speaks volumes about their attention to detail. I also heard great things about the fabada with oxtail and the veal escalopines with Cabrales cheese, which I'm eager to try on my next visit.
The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my meal. Their attentiveness truly enhanced the dining experience. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, especially for seafood dishes, the quality, authenticity, and generous portions make it entirely worth it. The only minor point is the lack of a full liquor license, but the excellent wine and beer selection still complements the meal perfectly. El Rincon Asturiano is a must-visit for anyone craving a truly authentic and delicious Spanish meal with fantastic service and a wonderful atmosphere.
