Rinconcito Miami #4 - Military Base

I have visited rinconcito for five years and last two years has really dropped by 80%. The churrasco steak has gradually gotten smaller to the size of a bacon strip but, the price rocket to $35+ ..my last visit there.

I just ordered a chicken breast there and it was tasteless and hard as can be. I think they just put the chicken in the pan for 5 minutes with no seasoning then put 6 pieces of cut sautéed onions and called it a day. There goes a waste of $18. Also the beans taste like they’re straight out of the can.

I love this place very clean and the most of it I love all the stuff that works there including the chef and the server they all provide an excellent customer service I always come here because the food for lunch and dinner and breakfast is so delicious and good and I love the excellent customer service the servers always provides thank you so much 👍👍🙏🙏🔥💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Good Cuban food, friendly staff

Excellent quality, we ordered imperial rice for a birthday and it was very well received and quality I recommend it

FANTASTIC!! We had a breakfast special along with an espresso, an authentic and delicious Cuban sandwich and a Corona.
Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.
Our server was very nice and efficient.
Definitely a great spot if you are craving authentic Cuban fare.

I come here frequently. The food is amazing and the server, Yeneibi is fantastic. Part of the reason I enjoy this Rinconcito restaurant. I’ll certainly be back soon. 👍👍

We ordered the turkey dinner to celebrate Thanksgiving, I can not express how satisfied we were, the turkey was delicious, juicy and well cooked, the congri was excellent, the food was delivered well packed and as promised, thumbs up 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very good food, I think the service, although not bad, can improve.

I always stop for breakfast and lunch. The staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh and great tasting. This is my favorite dine in place in Miami. I ordered my thanksgiving dinner for my office party and it was delicious.

And I have been a loyal customer for years, always ordering my Thanksgiving dinner from here. However, this year has been extremely frustrating. I called three times to place my order, and each time I was met with staff who didn't know how to help me. On top of that, I was put on hold for 10 minutes at a time, only to have the call disconnected.

As a returning customer, I expected better service, especially during such a busy season. It is disappointing to see a company lose on a $500 order simply because staff members were not prepared to handle the process. If you are the owner, I urge you to invest in training your team. It could make a significant difference in customer satisfaction and your results.

I hope to see improvements in the future, but for now, I'll have to look elsewhere for my Thanksgiving dinner.
