everything was really good, from the chicken..to the white beans and dessert..the only thing is that you actually don't have servers..but yet the offer 3 types of tips..15%, 18% n 20%..it confuses you..Plus..watch out for credit card payments...they charge an additional fee

Customer service is lacking especially on the managers side. Most least helpful person in that store.

Food is decent, fast service but costumer service get ZERO stars. The short girl (Vanessa) at the register had zero disposition to explain the menu and rolled her eyes when we asked questions. Another costumer came back because her order was wrong and again she started making comments to the other guy working there complaining. A sauce already opened returned by a costumer was then put back in the refrigerator. Won’t be returning.

To start with, four of us ordered food here. Two of us got the same dish, and the other two ordered something else different, plus we all got drinks (which is $3 per can of coke!) the first plate came out and all of our drinks after about 12 minutes. After patiently waiting another 10 minutes for the rest of the plates, we encouraged that person to just eat their food as it’s fish and it doesn’t go bad and get cold. After about 15 minutes in total of waiting two of the plates, then arrived, which were both the same thing; steak. At this point, the first person has already completely finished eating before ours came and had to just had to watch us eat. As you can see in the photos, the two steaks are drastically different in size and they were both ordered medium. The smaller one was completely overcooked and was actually burnt and hard to cut and chew (half of it was literally rock hard burnt). I’m not sure about the other persons as I didn’t ask. After about another eight minutes after receiving those two dishes, the fourth dish finally arrived. By this point all of our drink drinks which we have been waiting to drink when our food came were warm. When we asked waiters for updates on food, they were very standoffish. Mind you this was not a cheap meal as it was about $140, and it’s not even a waited service. Save your time and money, go somewhere else that knows how to property cook and time plates. And staff that is polite, understanding and apologetic. Any other restaraunt would have brought all the food out at a similair time, or atleast have offered a free appetizer to accommodate the wait..

Photos for reference: I took the photo of the one plate of food after waiting about 15 minutes for the other plates.
The other photo shows the first person finished their plate already and the 4th has not received theirs, but more importantly the difference in the size of the steaks, THAT ARE THE EXACT SAME ORDER!

1/10 would strongly urge you away from this establishment.

I tried to dine in with my pregnant wife and elder mother-in-law at this horrible place and I could not get a seat because the uninformed and horrible manager kicked me out because I had a service dog with me. I explained to him that my service dog was federally registered, I try showing him the paperwork for the dog and he insisted that I sat on the outside tables with the heat and the flies, which in part are attracted to the outside tables because of their horrible hygiene. So, I explained that I was with a pregnant woman, an elderly person and that I myself suffer from a condition for which I have a service dog on me, he still insisted that no, I wasn't going to be sitting inside with the dog. I told the guy there is a federal law (American Disability Act) and his (smart ass) said he didn't care because the restaurant had a deal with the state of Florida. I asked him if he understood what the ADA was or what it meant, or even if he wanted me to read it, to what he said he didn't really know English. So I asked to speak to a superior and responded he was the most superior person, so I asked to speak to the owner to which he answer there is no one else with a very mean attitude, so I asked him if he thought he was god because he was the person in charge of a restaurant and he said ( mocking me) YES I am God. so, I called the cops on him. they told me to escalate thing to the BBB and I did, they will be hearing from them soon. this place is a total disgrace to the Peruvian community and to their food, been there before and never ever liked the service, I gave them one more chance and they failed miserably to understand the laws of this country. My mistake is not remembering that cheap average food is not worth the chaos their uniformed and untrained staff can cause on your beautiful day.
here a list of other peruvian places nearby with better food:
Chifa Du Kan, Pizco y Nazca, Ranchito mi Peru and La Perla, they are way way way better.

Loud music, slow food delivery and tight limited seating. There are better, higher quality, tastier other options for the same food

The worst service, I don't understand why they offer appetizers if they serve the entree first, in truth they have crappy service, to make matters worse they bring the chicken raw ////The worst service, I don't understand why they offer appetizers if they serve the entree first. Honestly, what a terrible service, and to top it off, they brought the undercooked chicken.
