Unfortunately, today, Valentine's Day, I took the unfortunate option of ordering food at Toro Loco West Kendall, I placed the order around 8 PM and after 1 hour and 15 minutes my order was never ready. Even more unfortunate was that they made fun of me in my face several times telling me that it would be ready in 5 minutes and it never was... I will never get tired of expressing this disastrous service in every space I have the opportunity.

I just placed an order for 1/2 pound of meat and some tacos and after 2 hours of waiting the meat was well cooked and was full of blood and the tacos were a mess.
The girls here are very helpful & welcoming! Must stop & have a BBQ lamb chops if you're in the area!!!
