Based inside the Brightline station but in public lobby on 2nd floor, this gem is one of the first restaurants to greet you. I’ve been eating here for the past 2 months and is my go-to lunch spot because I can choose delicious combo in bowl or wrap fashion and love the grape leaves. The servings are typically enough for lunch but is pricey and the food is pretty tasty considering.

I am Turkish and It’s a Turkish restaurant literally right under my building, but I had only gone once before. Recently, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the portions were extremely small. you need at least two entrees just to feel full. We paid $60 for two people, which is ridiculous for such tiny plates, and on top of that, the food was cold.
I genuinely feel bad leaving a negative review for our own people, but I hope this feedback helps them improve.
We had such a great experience at El Turco for Thanksgiving. It ended up being the perfect non-traditional holiday meal. The food was excellent from start to finish, and the location & setting is absolutely beautiful. Upper Buena Vista has this super lush, tropical garden vibe that makes you feel like you’ve escaped into a little jungle oasis right in the city. The Lahmacun was great, but the standout for me was the El Turco Salad. Everything was incredibly fresh and bright. The Vegetarian Bowl was another highlight because it gave us a taste of so many different flavors and textures. The Manti were plentiful and comforting, and the Kavurma Braised Beef was fantastic—rich, tender, and even better with the extra yogurt they brought out for us. Beyond the food, the service really made the experience even better. I don’t remember our server’s name, but she was incredibly friendly and took her time explaining dishes, offering recommendations, and making sure we never felt rushed. Truly warm and attentive hospitality. We finished with the Baklava, which was delicious and a perfect sweet end to the meal. Overall, we loved everything about El Turco and already can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

The protein bowls with chicken or braised beef are flavorful, fresh, and come with amazing sides like hummus, tabbouleh, tzatziki, and eggplant.
Service is fast, friendly, and great for a quick lunch inside the Brightline Food Hall. One of the best Mediterranean/Turkish food options in Miami Central, so highly recommend for anyone craving healthy bowls, Turkish flavors, and a reliable dining experience.
