The service at this location in Dadeland left a whole lot to be desired since it came from the manager of the location. It was very disappointing that I was asked to hurry up several times while trying to decide on what to eat. The waiter came to the table outside twice and then sent a manager to ask if I was eating or not. Furthermore, I was charged an 'in dinning" service fee on my bill even though I was discouraged about their service and requested my order to go after the attitude given by the manager. The prices are absurd and the service is atrocious, I'm not sure why anyone would want to eat here. Not recommending this place at all to anyone, many more pizza locations with delicious food and excellent service around, please avoid this one. New establishments like this that hire poorly qualified managers to run their restaurants truly need to check their HR point and qualifications since this manager is clearly not adequate for the position of serving the public with professionalism and patience. For the price point this little restaurant has the service should be outstanding, but instead it was HORRIBLE!

Entered in a great mood looking forward to enjoying pizza with friends. Cashier was rude and impatient from the start. Lots of pies going out the door for delivery and we clearly were not the priority. I thought they actually forgot or lost our order. We were waiting over 30 minutes for a meatball pie. There were no meatballs and a lot of the pizza was crust. For $50 bucks and that long of a wait it was very disappointing... do not recommend.

I agree that the pizza is really good, however the customer service sucks. They won't take takeout orders over the phone and they also charge a $2 takeout fee if you order at the restaurant.. crazy!

My wife and I are very picky when it comes to Pizza but this place definitely stands out.Best pizza in town in a cozy, romantic setting. To top it off, the service was amazing. Shout out to Flavia, Palmoma, and Quin for making this a memorable night!

I have been to this restaurant before and what made it extra special today was the service. I was very tiered and hungry after working all day. The staff member Dan and the other staff member I did not get his name were very happy, friendly and attentive. I really appreciate them for helping elevate the experience for me.

Just tried the Hot Honey Sicilian Pizza at 11th Street Pizza, and it's hands down one of the best in Miami. Perfect crust, incredible flavor with that kick of hot honey - it's a game changer. The place has a great, laid-back vibe too. As a pizza lover, I highly recommend it. This spot is a must-visit!

I ordered two slices of cheese and they said it would be about 20 minutes so I waited outside and then came back in when the time was up and asked for my slices. The black guy that was working there had this confused look and then he said they gave my slices to someone else without even asking them their name. He said another cheese pizza was just being made and would be another 20 minutes. So I asked for a refund to my card and at first he said he did it but when I asked for a receipt suddenly he couldn't find my order anymore. I asked one of the other staff what had happened and the black guy told me not to harass his staff. I had only asked a reasonable question. He was acting like it was my fault that they messed up and he was very rude the whole time, and he didn't even apologize. He couldn't even find my order to give me a receipt, even though I know he was just lying, and he definitely had found it already, but he just wanted to be difficult. This place has horrible customer service and you should definitely avoid at all costs because they have definitely done this to other customers as well and that one guy especially is very rude compared to the other stuff. He kept saying stuff like "it's only bread and cheese man" like that makes it ok that he screwed up. He needs to be fired immediately.

Ok let's talk about the pepperoni Sicilian. This is a good pizza. Nice sauce when you add al lil honey. Good crunchy buttery crust. I'm very picky.

Solid NY style pizza. Similar to Joe's quality, with a few nonstandard flavors. Worth checking out if you want decent pizza without waiting in an obnoxious line for their competitor down the street.
