Yesterday 10/14/2025, I called at 9:30 pm to reserve a table for 10:00 pm. As someone with experience in the hospitality industry and as a frequent guest of Elías, I expect basic professionalism and consistency.
Upon arrival, the ambiance was excellent, but the host’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Despite seeing several tables clearly available — and after being told that seating would depend on availability — my request to move to one of those open tables was refused without any valid explanation.
This lack of transparency, courtesy, and basic customer service is not only unprofessional, it is disappointing for an establishment of this level. Because of the host’s attitude and the inconsistency between what was communicated and what was delivered, I chose to leave the restaurant.
I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately, as such conduct directly undermines the reputation and standards of the establishment.

Went for my cousins 21st birthday and was able to set up the table to my liking and everyone was super helpful. Jon was our waiter and he was awesome!!! 10/10 !

We were very disappointed with our experience at Elia on Friday, November 14th. The hosts were incredibly inflexible, and their attitude completely ruined what was supposed to be our wedding anniversary dinner.
Even though multiple outdoor tables were available, we were taken to a tiny, uncomfortable table. When we politely asked for another open table in a quieter corner, the hostess refused without any real explanation. The lack of hospitality and basic courtesy was shocking, and we ended up leaving.
Beautiful restaurant, but the host team that night needs serious improvement in guest care.
