If I could give Kandace and Julio 20 stars I would! Within 10 minutes of meeting them, we knew we wanted to have them cater our wedding. Apart from being talented, creative and helpful, you can tell they really care about the little details and making sure that your vision comes to life. A couple of weeks after we met with them, I called Kandace to get some advise on my bridal shower and everything she recommended was spot on with the vision I had. I trust her completely so I gave her creative freedom with the decor, drinks, and menu. When I walked into my bridal shower, I was lost for words. The food was delicious (candied bacon was the crowd favorite), the decor was perfection (see pictures), bartender and staff were very attentive and nice. Needless to say, I am so excited to see how my wedding turns out. I have all the confidence that Kandace and Julio will exceed my expectations.

Kandace was OUTSTANDING to work with! We were able to make a completely custom ‘”Latin-inspired” menu with her and our guests absolutely raved about the food. Some of the favorites from the night were lamb lollipops, beef empanadas, and Beyond Meat mini tacos (even the carnivores at our wedding couldn’t stop eating it!). She was always very responsive with our questions (even if it was after regular work hours) and provided honest feedback with our ideas. From the welcome drinks before the ceremony, to the appetizers, to dinner, Kandace’s culinary skills and attention to detail is unmatched.Julio also served as our day of coordinator and rental manager making sure we had everything that we needed and that the day ran as smooth as can be. He definitely took a lot of the burden off of us and we were simply able to relax and enjoy our day thanks to him. We would recommend Kandace and Julio’s team with Elite Catering over and over again. We were in love with everything that they did and made our day even better than we could’ve imagined!
