I have tried many meal prep companies in Miami and this has been by far, the best one out there! The quality is top notch and the customer service that comes along with it is superior. I came to this place with extra weight, cholesterol, sugar, high triglycerides, little time to cook and the need for all of that to improve. Three months later I lost 18 pounds, regaining my normal weight, and all of my levels are excellent. It has been the best thing that helped me achieve this because diets have always been traumatic. Now I am happy to have a balanced and very tasty diet that keeps me in shape. Thanks Erik!!! Highly recommended for everyone.

Definitely recommend this place, first time going and I'll be coming back for sure. The place itself is clean, tidy and inviting. Very nice atmosphere and comfortable. Customer service is beyond amazing, they seem extremely passionate about their work and care about their customers. Now for the food.
