Honestly they have very good acai bowls but the portions just keep on getting smaller. I have been going to the gables location for quite some time and when they open in pinecrest I was very excited since it is much closer to me. But the portions here are significantly smaller than at gables and I have noticed they keep getting smaller. To be paying $15 and they give you 5 small pieces of strawberries and there is a big hole in the acai swirl when you ordered a regular size bowl is just not worth it. Overall I am very disappointed in how they keep shrinking their portions when you have to pay the same price. The bowls are good but after noticing time and time again the change in size you end up deciding to take your business somewhere else.

The açaí bowls are REALLY good, but unfortunately HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff is very unprofessional. Change the staff, the place would be better

honestly this place is significantly better than nautical bowls, my only problem is their employee Eli is awful at his job. He freaks everyone out, and quite frankly is the reason why the previous store went out of business, due to his lack of management skills that caused everyone to quit due to being abusive, making people work without any pay, and taking hours away from people who are extremely broke so his friends can work more. Therefore less business. I strongly advise everyone avoid supporting terrible practices such as this. it’s not ethical to other employees. If this store has any hope of survival it surely won’t be with him apart of the team. everyone be wary when visiting.and no i will not be deleting my review you hired him so therefore it is your responsibility and any heat will naturally fall right on you since he is associated with your name.
