Illy Cafe was our coffee oasis in the airport desert. Delicious Americano made expertly by our helpful barista, Joel, who accommodated several special drink requests and made a warm milk for our toddler. Superb coffee and excellent service. Joel especially went above and beyond

I asked for an energy drink but the bar didn't have any, the attendant kicked me out, I was waiting for my wife to come back to ask for one. Pure ignorance. I don't recommend it.

I’ve never seen a cappuccino without milk. This tastes like normal coffee. If I wanted just coffee I would never pay the price I paid for cappuccino.First the food I got was burned. So I complained and she gave me another one that was cold. Is that hard to be in the middle? Warm, not burnt or cold?Service was bad. She looks like she hates her job. Face expression is like “take me out of here”. Not a person to be working with costumers.Too expensive for what I got. I still need a coffee so I’ll have to spend more money to get it from another place. What a joke! No wonder why it was empty.

Asked for a wet towel to wipe down their dirty gross tables. She gave me a dry napkin with attitude. Disgusting.

Everything needed for a great coffee. Unfortunately, either as a result of lack of training or lack of effort, my coffee was not drinkable. Illy is an incredible brand, hopefully the company takes measures to get this cafe in line with its general quality standard.

Very bad customer service, barista ignored us initially, asked if she was open and she just smiled and didn’t answer the question. Seemed disinterested in what she was doing. Asked for a bagel with cheese, got a diy kit! Coffee was ok.

All the tables were dirty at 8:15 am. That means it has been dirty since yesterday. Please just wipe your tables once a day.
