The vegan flatbread was mostly that old school plasticky cheese with a little bit of squash and roasted pepper. I ended up scraping the toppings off cause it was too much cheese. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-15

Vegan flatbread. Such a find.

The only options in Miami airport seem to be impossible burger, fries, bland salad, rice, veggie bagel, red sauce pasta and beans and chips & salsa/guacamole (isn’t it wild that almost all the options fit in just a few lines of text? Most restaurants have more options on one side of their menu than vegans have in the entire airport).

the menu said they had a vegan flatbread, so i asked the cashier what made it vegan and he said vegan cheese and just veggies and some plantains. it was as good as it sounded! Updated from previous review on 2025-12-28

Walked all the way here from my gate which was pretty far to get there 1st no ropa vieja so im like cool and then I get the pork bowl and get to my gate to realize they had no beans either 😩so im here w plain white rice w no flavor and the pork was tasteless too🤦🏾‍♀️

The absolute perfect pick me up to grab and go at miami airport. My go-to is the ropa vieja bowl and a cortadito because why not?! Delicious, home-cooked taste that far exceeds any airport food! Plus, service is amazing. Alejandro attended me and was so kind. This will be my stop when at MIA airport.

No vegan options when I went.

Alejandro is fascinating, with a very positive attitude, and ready to help clients with their needs. A little nice joint here at the Miami airport. The coffee flavor is simply amazing.

Not food

One of the best meals I’ve had at an airport—flavorful, healthy, and truly felt homemade! It’s rare to find food this good while traveling. Alejandro was incredibly kind and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
