TERRIBLE. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Such a shame that Esther's has gone down hill the way it has. It used to be such a good chain in the early 2000s. The meal I was served here was ATROCIOUS. The fried chicken was cold and tasted like it was fried in dirty grease. The mac and cheese was velveeta. The yams were undercooked and extremely sticky. So disappointing.

usually the food is good, but ever since covid 19, the food has beed terrible. The mac and cheese was sour. The bbq chicken tasted like salt and the yams were undercooked. Greens had no flavor. I was completely disappointed.

Esthers has fallen off, service .. We know prices go up.. But i just left the one on 46th street 7thvave. Got meat loaf, dinner. Taste and quality of food is no longer present. Now i knida see why , the store on 7th ave & 46 st.. Be empty. The taste just not there, to make things worse.....

I work for the Dade County Sanitation Department and since this new management has taken over the restaurant it has been a terrible experience. They advertise that they open at 6am and when you get there a 6am they have you waiting 30 minutes because the are still setting up. The food is not prepared or cooked the same. The manager is rude, because we called the restaurant to see why they haven't opened up at 6am and she said you have to wait and hung up the phone. This message goes out to all of my THOUSANDS of Dade County Employees. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ESTHER RESTAURANT, LET'S TAKE OUR HARD MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Affordable food and a mix of soul food and Hispanic. My favorite so far is the fried white fish. The ladies here are amazing with great customer service. I can't imagine taking tons of orders and still smile and carry conversation.

This location need a major upgrade and better parking. The food here is good some days and bad on others. Sometimes it's fresh and on some days it stale. My bf got bad food poising from here and please don't recommend them. If you try them out ask for freshly cooked food. There breakfast is the only good thing they offer that’s good
