I am sure the coffee would have been great but I wouldn't know because the coffee brewing cafe is CLOSED. Save your time walking around looking for it like I did.

Great coffee and welcoming service. I had the opportunity to sit down and have a warm chocolate croissant with some delicious latte and a very nice conversation with whom I presume is the owner, Diana. I love to see small businesses thrive. Plus cafe de Colombia que rico ?

Best coffee shop in Miami. They import the freshest beans & roast them in the store. Also best croissant in Miami- closest I’ve found to NYC!

The coffee was good. I am a coffee roaster myself and went in very excited to get some good-quality coffee. Inside they have a roasting machine, a series of V60 and a expresso machine.Sadly when I entered the girl at the bar was a little harsh up to the point where I perceived her as rude. They don't look you in the eyes. They have some sort of menu with different varieties of coffee beans, but they dont explain you what they have in the expreso machine. When I asked her, the expression in her face was almost as if she was bothered to explain me + take my order + give me my coffee. I felt very uncomfortable waiting. Tried to ask for the wifi password while I waited and they didn't wanted to give it to me.They also serve all the coffees in paper cups adding plastic caps... No matter if you are consuming them inside. Seemed unnecessary in 2022, just too much waste. It was rather sad, but ok.. I will find other roasters nearby :)

Best chai tea latte I have ever had! I went into this store because everywhere nearby happened to be closed or crazy busy, so I had low expectations, but this coffee shop was great. My husband enjoyed his coffee, I had an amazing chai latte (with fresh cinnamon!) and my kids loved their croissants. Winners all around.

Okay, I have been in many speciality coffee shop and this one needs a special review.I have meet the owner and he was arrogant and not open the discussion. He was acting like if he had the holy truth. They don’t even indicate the roasting date on the packages which is quite a basic thing in the coffee industry. When I opened few bags at home I found that the bean size were far from been uniform. This is against the right roasting protocol since different bean size have different characteristics and need different roasting profiles. In more details:Bean size and shape could be important to the development flavor during the roast. A larger bean would have a larger gradient of temperatures between the center and the surface of the bean (measured as BT). This difference could add to a large range of flavors.Same could be said about its density, which would affect the speed by which the center of the bean heats up. The center of a high density bean would heat faster (higher heat conduction). These two factors would affect the choice for the best roasting profile. For example, the center of a small bean size would heat up faster and would have a shorter maillard reaction. If the roast time were long, then the flavor could get negatively affected (overcooked). On the other hand, the center of a bigger bean would take longer to heat up and maybe it could take a longer roast time without much penalty. But if a bigger/less-denser bean had a short time, then flavor in the center of the bean would not develop. In between the center of the bean and its surface, there is room for various stages of flavor. The surface temperature can be measured and the inner temperature could be estimated during a roast.Quite simply, larger beans will roast at a different rate to the smaller ones so mixed sizes can lead to inconsistent flavour.See pictures of uneven bean sizes.

Honestly the best coffee I will ever taste for a long time. Roasted in-house! The shop has this fresh-roasted aroma the moment you walk past the threshold!

Yo prices on here be LYING. Tried to get a simple iced caramel coffee with oat milk and she turned the screen and it was $9. I left so fast ‍ not taking out a loan just to drink the simplest coffee order. Ambience is weird too.

A coffee place to stop and check out. The place itself is small and does not have indoor seating. There are a couple of tables available right in front of the business. I ended up having an American coffee with banana bread on the side. Local roaster serving up great coffee and small snacks. So very knowledgeable about their roasts and gave excellent recommendations.

Judging by quality, its really well above the average coffee you can get in the area. Coming from Europe, $5.55 for a cappuccino is just too much. Ordered a Waffle an got 1/4 of it for $3. Loved the coffee and the place is cozy, but you will pay the price for it.

I only had the 1 interaction with Eternity Coffee Roasters but unfortunately didn't come away particularly blown away. The coffee I had there tasted under extracted (or not well balanced) while the milk treatment was decent. The store doesn't appear to have much of an atmosphere and the staff didn't seem too interested to engage regarding the different bean offerings.

Coffee is decent; however no cappuccino on this planet is worth $10.Setting is outdoor seating in the middle of downtown traffic so it can get noisy. There is no service.I would recommend borsalino next door: great consistent coffee at a reasonable price, and serviceI asked about the reasoning for high prices: they cited cups and coffee supply chain issues. However I am a supply chain expert: usd is at an all time high while Colombian peso is in the gutter. Meaning you can buy a ton of Columbian coffee for cheap. They cited import duties; but Colombia is an american preferred trading partner, so no change in duties maybe they are lower.Container pricing has gone down, shipping is not an excuse.Another reason cited was cup shortages; but this is also not true: I contacted my friend, largest supplier of paper products in the northeast. Paper products are going down and he has healthy inventory. So overall some things don’t last forever , and eternity literally lied to justify a $10 cup.I would’ve appreciated if they just said it’s a tourist trap.Which it is; the only justifiable reason for a $10 coffee is to extort tourists.-your local coffee aficionado
