Local Israeli restaurant that executes authentic flavorful dishes without any extra flare. The food was great, very flavourful and well presented. The menu has plenty of reasons to return multiple times. The servers are wonderful, attentive and quick to help with recommendations. There is plenty of parking in the front and around the corner. This is a place highly recommended and will definitely return soon.

The best place for Israeli food, the lunch is a very good portion for a great price. The waitresses are very kind and professional. Itzik, the owner, approached us and asked how everything was.

I’ve never been to Israel, but today I visited a small part of it. the liver with onions amazed my taste buds. I now love this place and want to go back again to explore more homemade Israeli cuisine. thanks to all the employees and especially the owner of this wonderful place.

This is just an incredible place. You will never compare it with the most expensive and pretentious restaurants. I fell in love with the atmosphere and food. This is love at first spoon... hospitality and excellent homemade Israeli cuisine, like visiting grandma. Now I am yours forever.

The chamin is great! Can’t wait to come back! The staff was also so welcoming, they even gave us their recipe to recreate the dish at home.

Walking into Etzel Itzik Deli in Miami, you're immediately greeted by an ambiance that's both vibrant and authentically Israeli. This small yet inviting eatery, nestled in the heart of Aventura, offers a culinary journey that is as genuine as it is delightful. The deli has managed to carve out a niche for itself, becoming a go-to spot for both locals and visitors craving Middle Eastern flavors.Upon my visit, the dish that stood out most was their renowned crispy falafel. Served piping hot, each falafel ball was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and flavorful on the inside. The blend of spices was spot-on, offering a taste that was both rich and nuanced. Accompanied by their homemade tahini sauce, the falafel was not just food but an experience, capturing the essence of Israeli street food. But it wasn't just the falafel that left an impression. The hummus, described by many as one of the best in town, truly lived up to its reputation. Creamy, smooth, and topped with olive oil, it was a testament to the simple yet profound pleasures of well-made hummus. Paired with warm, freshly baked pita bread, it was a combination that I found myself returning to throughout the meal. The service at Etzel Itzik Deli was as memorable as the food. Staff members were attentive, welcoming, and more than willing to share recommendations, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. The dining room, adorned with Polaroid pictures of smiling patrons, added a personal touch that made the space feel like a community hub rather than just a restaurant. In summary, Etzel Itzik Deli is more than just a place to eat; it's a destination that offers a slice of Israel in the heart of Miami. With its standout dishes like the crispy falafel and unparalleled hummus, alongside a welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the depths of Israeli cuisine. Whether you're a local or just passing through, a meal at Etzel Itzik promises to be a memorable part of your culinary adventures.
