The food portions were considerably smaller than what he presented at our tasting, the presentation was not what he said it would be, and his servers did not follow instructions I had given him. My guests were asking for more food. How embarrassing to say the least. This was an expensive wedding. I did not cut corners for anything. Major DISAPPOINTMENT.
