Food is fresh, great selections, and variety. THE BEST. I have had them for about a month, for Paleo, and the meals quality have been consistent. I love that I get to add meals and change around the menu every week to select what I want to eat. Their customer service is also amazing. I had a an issue at my building and they resolved right away.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was quite disappointing. The shrimp did not taste fresh, and the veggies lacked flavor entirely. Overall, the ingredients seemed low quality and the dishes did not meet expectations. I would not return or recommend this place based on this experience.

This is the best meal service I’ve experienced in terms of taste. We haven’t subscribed because we do cook often, but when we need a break we go to the store in Wynwood and pickup some meals. We have liked every meal. I’m not saying they use the best in terms of ingredients because I don’t know that, but it seems Good. I haven’t seen anything packaged as organic, but the meals are packaged to cover a variety of diets like Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Regular, etc.

Been a subscriber for 4 months, constant issues with delivers, and a few times with the food.
Several times, instead of leaving it at my door my food was left in a mailroom for 12 hours unrefrigerated, so when I picked it up it was warm.
Deliveries are never made at a normal time, always made between 1am and 3am, I don’t have control over the building’s front door when everyone is asleep, so if the front desk person isn’t there - they just leave and send you an email to pick it up at their location, which is out of the way, when you go to pick up the food - they say they don’t have it, and they don’t have any record of my food being delivered to the store, despite showing emails where it clearly says it will be available for pickup.
I stopped ordering meatballs, because few times I got them, they were raw inside, undercooked.
I hate writing bad reviews, but I gave this company a chance for 4 months.

The food is INSANELY DELICIOUS! So much variety. Please don’t go anywhere else and get your food delivered from here! You won’t regret it.
