I have recently developed a lot of food sensitivity and really struggled with meal prep. My diet is now Paleo which involves a lot of veggies. I do not like cooking veggies or really cooking much at all. I have tried many meal prep companies and by far this is the best for healthy choices that are delivered fresh. The veggies are diverse and the food is delicious. They deliver twice a week so the food is always fresh. The way the spice the food or even put in a yummy sauce...
Love this food! When we don’t know what to have for dinner or don’t feel like making anything (which honestly is a lot), we come here and pick up a meal. They’re so friendly and the food is fresh and feels like a home cooked meal.
