This is the best meal service I’ve experienced in terms of taste. We haven’t subscribed because we do cook often, but when we need a break we go to the store in Wynwood and pickup some meals. We have liked every meal. I’m not saying they use the best in terms of ingredients because I don’t know that, but it seems Good. I haven’t seen anything packaged as organic, but the meals are packaged to cover a variety of diets like Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Regular, etc.
This is HANDS DOWN the best meal prep company based in Miami. Kim in the midtown location is AMAZING, she’s so nice and helpful. Lynn with client success is a ROCKSTAR. The food is INSANELY DELICIOUS! So much variety. Please don’t go anywhere else and get your food delivered from here! You won’t regret it.
I have recently developed a lot of food sensitivity and really struggled with meal prep. My diet is now Paleo which involves a lot of veggies. I do not like cooking veggies or really cooking much at all. I have tried many meal prep companies and by far this is the best for healthy choices that are delivered fresh.
