Hyped up & priced up. Trendy fusion of Cuban, Korean Japanese & Peruvian, sorry it doesn’t work all the time. Just 1 of the 3 dishes ordered was good. The Alligator bites were spectacular , ironically the meat is not local and Everglades just being minutes away. Papaya salad could be delicious however they just over did it with the dressing, way to much vinegar and seasoning. The Cuban fried rice, what a joke, go to any juice bars with food by the pound & the Cuban fried rice is far better. Again way to seasoned, way to salty, complete overkill. I brought it up & it didn’t matter because the arrogance level is far beyond in that place.. Not worth coming back, thousands of restaurants in Miami far better & reasonable.

I came with my family for my father in laws birthday and the waitress Sol was amazing so attentive and knew how to make sure the toddler in the table was fed first. Best service 10 stars if possible!

Our server was amazing and from what I observed, the level of service from all staff was very well done. The menu is delicious to read, we were really excited to try everything before we arrived. However, the food was terrible. Over salted, over processed, the flavors don't go well together. Every bite had our whole table making faces and looking at each other. Between the powdery artificial Mac and cheese, to the obviously prefrozen yuca balls. The nachos had a million flavors and none went well together. The KFC was beautiful but way over sauced and the chicken was gray and dry. The risotto was so overly salted I could not taste my next bite. The venue is beautiful, the staff obviously well trained and passionate about what they do. The food is the reason I would not return.

Finka is absolutely amazing... From the hostesses to the servers to the busses to the food to the drinks... Perfection!!! Even the music is “chef's kiss”! LOVE. FINKA.

I was there for a baby shower. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The fact that they were able to perfectly cook about 25 ribeye steaks at the same time says a lot about the restaurant. The service was great as well.
