I even tried to show the lady at the register the order that was previously made through Door Dash and she did not even understand THAT!! Stay away from this place. We just walked in at 8:57PM. The cashier came up to us and said “sorry but it’s 9:00 and we are closed. If they are closing before 9, they should lock the doors or have someone stationed at the door. Terrible service. Not surprising since service has gone down the drain everywhere.
I went to this location cause they had a promotion on IG and I went to this store and they wouldn't honor the promotion so I called the corporate store and they sent me a card for a free sub to use at ANY location..Its only 3 locations in Miami and this was the closet to my job. So the cashier took a pic of the card and sent it to her manager and her manager called and said it can't be used I was like why I got a letter of apology and the card from the corporate in Jacksonville.Then i called corporate again to let them no what happened and now they tell me that the store can refuse the card but Why would u send it to me if i couldnt use it...It was my first and last time going to this place...

It was my first time trying Firehouse Subs and I’d say they will definitely be stealing me from Jimmy John’s. They subs are great and the options I would argue are far better than their competitions. Their customer service was top notch too (they were quick and painless) I also appreciated the decor it was very interesting and overall welcoming.
