is this a joke. for fifteen dollars this was the amount of toppings. you would expect a expensive sandwich like this to be STACKED. subway does better than this crap. like I’m actually embarassed for them. there was a SINGULAR onion on each half. like it was genuinely a satire sandwich. like they’re mocking me for real

Worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online with my coworker. The app didn’t give me the option to remove or add anything for my sandwich. When my coworker came back and I saw it had things on it, I called the location to see if they can replace it since the app wasn’t working. They told me I would have to place a new order or that I could call back later to see if maybe a manager could approve making a new one or that I could call cooperate. Not to mention they didn’t put my chips in the bag as well. Needless to say worst customer experience ever!

The food and service were top notch. There was only one lady taking our order and preparing our food. She is to be commended for a job well done.

I don’t understand how an employee could be so confused with one order that contain two sandwiches she calls all my name hands me the first sandwich calls out my name again and does not seem to want to hand me the second sandwich. This employee is very confused aside from the fact she speaks English, my food tasted like a really expensive hotdog, which is really sad to say for Firehouse Subs. I would not recommend this place.

My son and I got food poisoning from this place. We are 100% sure it was from here because my wife and my daughter got Chick-fil-A and they are perfectly fine. Definitely never coming back here, I’m quite sure that they leave the meat out to spoil and don’t care about the quality of the product. Definitely wish I would’ve just got Chick-fil-A.

T-Mobile had a special deal with Firehouse Subs on a Tuesday, and since my coworkers and I are T-Mobile customers, we decided to take advantage of it. The deal was simple: purchase a sub and get one free. As we all work together, we sent someone to pick up the order. However, upon arriving, the lady behind the counter, who seemed to be the manager but wasn't in uniform and lacked a hairnet and gloves, was extremely rude. She even attempted to deny giving us our order because some of my coworkers weren't present. I repeatedly explained to her that it was a T-Mobile deal, and T-Mobile never stated that everyone had to be there in person; it was just an order for pick-up. Despite my explanations, the lady continued to give us a rude attitude. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place. They shouldn't participate in a deal with T-Mobile if they're going to give clients taking advantage of it such a hard time, just because the manager wanted people to visit her store.

The staff member was very rude to me when I came to pick up my order. For some reason she kept asking me what restaurant I was looking for even though I told her that I was here to pick up my order. I thought perhaps she didn't understand English so after I told her Firehouse she gave me the correct order with my name on it. So it was clear that she knew I came to pick up my order so I'm not sure if she was joking around or if she was being serious with the question, but I did not like her tone of voice. I don't think I'll come back here anymore.
