My son and I got food poisoning from this place. We are 100% sure it was from here because my wife and my daughter got Chick-fil-A and they are perfectly fine. Definitely never coming back here, I’m quite sure that they leave the meat out to spoil and don’t care about the quality of the product. Definitely wish I would’ve just got Chick-fil-A.

T-Mobile had a special deal with Firehouse Subs on a Tuesday, and since my coworkers and I are T-Mobile customers, we decided to take advantage of it. The deal was simple: purchase a sub and get one free. As we all work together, we sent someone to pick up the order. However, upon arriving, the lady behind the counter, who seemed to be the manager but wasn't in uniform and lacked a hairnet and gloves, was extremely rude. She even attempted to deny giving us our order because some of my coworkers weren't present. I repeatedly explained to her that it was a T-Mobile deal, and T-Mobile never stated that everyone had to be there in person; it was just an order for pick-up. Despite my explanations, the lady continued to give us a rude attitude. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place. They shouldn't participate in a deal with T-Mobile if they're going to give clients taking advantage of it such a hard time, just because the manager wanted people to visit her store.

The staff member was very rude to me when I came to pick up my order. For some reason she kept asking me what restaurant I was looking for even though I told her that I was here to pick up my order. I thought perhaps she didn't understand English so after I told her Firehouse she gave me the correct order with my name on it. So it was clear that she knew I came to pick up my order so I'm not sure if she was joking around or if she was being serious with the question, but I did not like her tone of voice. I don't think I'll come back here anymore.

Today from 2:45-3:00 pm july 8 I walk in to order n the employees working there completely ignored me even as I stood in front of them for 10 minutes they ignored me run the cameras so u see the disrespect as a continuing customer! I been supporting firehouse subs since day 1 because my mother is a fire fighter, but today I see the disrespect and the lack of customer service! I would never come to this firehouse subs ever nor will I Recomend to anyone! Run the cameras so u see how they had me standing without even greeting nor asking what I wanted it was like I didn't even exist! 0 stars 0 customer service!

This place will go out of business really soon if they don't get their stuff together. Service is horrible, nobody knows what they are doing. The rewards program is a real disaster. I have over 50,000 points and every time I try to redeem the rewards system seems to be down or glitching. 25 min to place an order and still couldn't use the points. Go to the other subs shops in the area. This place is a disaster for sure

Felt like having a sub today. Firehouse got the was my choice. Th location is clean, organized, spaced out, and quiet. The staff is friendly and work quickly to prepare your food on the spot. The Italian sub is m my favorite. Love the meat heated and the cheese melted. It's great. The Italian seasoning is fantastic. I come to this location as my preferred Firehouse. They are consistent. And it's always good!

The owner is terribly rude and does not like the customers. The place is very dirty and the boilers where the subs go is unsanitary I am a vegetarian and the meat touched my sub. The cooks never change their gloves and the soups are all out of bags especially the Mac and cheese out of the bottom and with the bag put into the boiler. The owner is the worst human ever she says she's from Venezuela but cannot spare a homeless man like her a free sub.

Great experience today. They steam the deli meat before putting on the sandwich, which makes the sandwich warm and moist. They also bring the sandwich out to you in the dining room.

I came to this establishment for a TMobile Tuesday promotion. The employee Silva was very rude and denied honoring the promotion. She claimed the owner “Sandra” instructed her to deny honoring the promotion. There’s 8 customers waiting in the store now to redeem this promotion, and Silvia states “they only are attending to paying customers.” I’m personally offended and will be contacting Firehouse headquarters as well.
