Pretty good pie, but $10 for a pie that's the size of half of your hand that's about 4-5 bites is highway robbery.

We had the white chocolate and guava cookie and it was so soft and chewy with a great combination of flavors. The key lime was elite.

Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop is dessert paradise with next‑level pies & sweets 🍰🔥 — famous key lime, crack pie & cookies hit hard, and local love is real. But prices are steep and quality can vary 🍋💸. Still iconic and worth the splurge (just maybe not daily).

Why have you messed with perfection?! The guava cookie was the best cookie in all of south Florida and now it's just a regular cookie. What used to be sticky caramelized guava bites spread evenly through out is now just some squares thrown on top. Lame . I only shopped here for that cookie cause to me it was unparalleled anywhere else and now it is.

Cookies were massive, gooey inside crispy exterior delicious. The young lady who was at the counter was delightful too!

Always a great selection of treats here! After enjoying their delicious pecan pie previously, I tried the peanut butter chocolate cake today. It features a chocolate cookie crust and a peanut butter filling similar to a cheesecake. Even though I don't usually enjoy cheesecake textures, the flavor was still very good. I look forward to trying one of their other cake styles on my next visit.

The desserts are incredible. Always fresh, fast, and genuinely delicious. The staff is just as amazing and honestly the main reason I come in so often.

Daisy and Destiny are fantastic. I think Daisy might be new because I hadn’t seen her before, so heads-up to management, she’s already crushing it. They were both so helpful, kind, and patient, and really knew their stuff. They helped me pick everything out and made the whole experience easy and fun.

They’re definitely turning me into a regular. It’s genuinely enjoyable to come in and be surrounded by great people and great food.
