The desserts are amazing, but the day I went the manager treated me like I was ghost 👻. I felt ignored and that my business was not appreciated. I waited the 20 minutes until they decided to help me at the end I the food was top Class but service is horrible atrocious

I just had the most unpleasant experience from this establishment as soon as me and my wife walked in we weren’t greeted or anything the employee did not say a single word, it was like talking to a wall but I do understand we walked in 15 min before closing but to make a customer feel unwanted and not even a hello is crazy but I can look past customer service that’s not too much of an issue for me if the food is good but all I can say is who ever has red hair need to be wearing a hair net or something as I took a bite I took out a long strand of red hair out of my mouth I was so disgusted and grossed out I literally had to write a review about it. This was not only unpleasant but also concerned me about their food safety and hygiene standards. Photo doesn’t show hair color well but hair strand is red.

Their key lime pie is delicious, but it’s way too expensive. You can find the same quality for less elsewhere. I would've recommended, it if it cost over $9 for a single slice!

The place itself is cute, and all the pies and cookies look incredible. The gentleman who helped us was polite, but their prices aren’t posted anywhere, which was a red flag. We got a slice of Cookie Monster and a slice of Nutella, which were $9.50 each for a small piece. For nearly $10/slice, I expected to get huge pieces of perfect pie, but they were both very disappointing. The Nutella pie had crispy pastry rolls on top…or at least they used to be crispy. Instead they were soggy and retracted from the pie, which was overly sweet. The cookie pie was all one note - just sugar - despite the many ingredients (cookie dough, chocolate chip cookies, Oreos, etc). And the crust was burned on the bottom and completely inedible, so I couldn’t even finish my very expensive piece of pie. I wanted to like this place, but I left feeling very disappointed.

I went out of my way to go at 10:30 PM. They were closed already. They’re supposed to be open until 11 PM.
Update: They close the gate to the parking lot at 9 so it looks like they are closed but might be open.
