I placed an online order for pick up, it was supposed to be ready 9:15am, I entered the store at 9:05am and the order was delivered to me at 9:50am, I was late for work, the drink all spilled on the food bag, a total disaster, a terrible experience for a customer who loves this place.

We frequent First watch st various locations, but this one was grest service Evelyn was wonderful very personable she expedited everything and service with her was superb. Love her personality too kuddos to Evelyn

I came here on a Monday morning right from the airport after taking a red eye. I was hungry and needed traffic to die down before driving to Fort Lauderdale. Yohano was an amazing server and the coffee and food were great. The place was clean and every employee was friendly. The host and the manager both said hi and checked in during our breakfast. I highly recommend this place

There’s was a weird smell when we enter. But besides that food was really good as always. But Evelyn our server I think you can do better service than the one you gave us today. We work in the industry and we know how it is. So if you want to be paid with tips you need to do better then. 👎🏼
