My daughter and her friend went here today. The person working the register received $25 from my daughter and punched in $20. And told my daughter she only gave them a$20. I sent my daughter in with $25. My daughter did not know enough to request a manager and left the restaurant upset. SHAME on this worker for scamming children!! I will NEVER give business to this scummy place again. Shame on you!! Manager, please have a talk with your employees about honesty and scamming children. I can only imagine how many others this happens to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food was abysmal. I am diabetic and was crashing out so I ate it anyway. The burger was wet and sloppy. Too much of all the sauces. You couldn’t grab it. I also asked for mushrooms and they gave me grilled onions. The fries taste like rancid oil. I don’t think they ever clean the outside tables. Skip this place or make your order very specific and be willing to return what you get.

Terrible experience at Five Guys in Miami. I received my order like this (fries all over the bottom of the bag, cup flipped over, everything mixed together), and the staff were unbelievably rude. For the price and for such a well-known chain, I expected at least some respect and decent service. I definitely do not recommend this location.

The burger was tasty, no doubt. Staff was okay, but they didn’t offer me a combo meal — even though I ordered fries, a burger, and a cola. That’s frustrating. What bothered me most was how dirty the restaurant was. Tables, floor, and even the drink area looked neglected. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I don’t leave reviews at fast food places because they are all similar but I felt the need to leave one here because the food came out right away, place was spotlessly clean, and employees were so nice, much more professional, attentive and kind and fast than even much more expensive sit down restaurants. Five stars all around, I think this is the best five guys in Miami. The only negative is that parking was difficult.
My Mother ordered food (3 Burgers and fries no mushrooms or onions) the employee gave my mother the wrong bag. When she made it back to the hotel she opened the bag and realized it was incorrect. There were only two burgers and 2 fries and the burgers had mushrooms. She called back to the restaurant to inform them of the error and they told her to return back to the restaurant for a refund. She took an Uber there the first time and asked if she could come tomorrow. The employee told her yes and to see Michelle. She went back the next day and the onduty manager gave her a hard time to give the refund. She waited 40 min to get a refund. For and over priced burger of 20.00. This is not how 5 guys should treat their customers. Will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.
My mom is 78 and did not eat anything because she could not eat mushrooms and had to pay for an Uber twice and almost got left because the driver was about to leave her.

Took literally 5 guys to make the wrong burger. At this point I am over this franchise. Prices got ridicolous, I waited like 15 minutes in there and when I got home it was wrong. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger and got a regular cheedeburger with mushrooms. Imagine if I was allergic to mushrooms.
