You weren't asked how you wanted your burger. So we had burgers with cheese and nothing on it. We also paid almost $6 for a piece of bread with a slice of cheese. The employees worked poorly together, resulting in long waiting times. After the bag with the food was ready, it took another 3 minutes for it to be handed to you. Are used to something different from five guys.

Waited over 20 minutes for a milkshake. After I complaining one employee said that they didn’t know there was no other food with the order. Don’t they look what is on the orders? At that point there was no one else waiting for their food and they were not busy anymore. Manager didn’t even address the problem even after I ask for one. Very unprofessional! Worst Five Guys!!!

I ordered online for delivery and they keep changing the driver that they use from DoorDash after almost and hour and 46 minutes I called the store they said they took my order and not even try to get me my food but ask me to come in if I wanted the food or they need to send the request to a regional manager, no sense of urgency or empathy. Order for delivery is due to the fact the client can’t get to the store, please do better at this as well the employee on the phone keep giving me excuses and explanations about her not dealing with refunds, I also pay with gift card and honestly by the treatment received by the staff I have no hope of getting a refund. Five Guys was not our first choice. We were headed to Mr. Beast Burgers in Miami only to find out it was closed. But after securing a parking spot, we entered and was promptly and positively greeted by the cashier and cooks.
I had my 3 kids with me who couldn't decide on what condiments they wanted on their burgers. However, the lad who took our order was patient, polite, and understanding. The food was made to order, hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. The service was impeccable ☆
There was plenty of seating. The only thumbs down is that Five Guys was out of strawberries AND bananas... so there are no smoothies for our party of four.
