The burgers are fabulous. The fries are outstanding and the serving is plentiful. Great people helping you and always very clean. My question is, is it worth over $19 for the cheeseburger, fries and drink combo. A bit pricy in my opinion, but like I said, the burger experience is remarkable.

Employees misunderstood my wife's order on August 7. She ordered two cheese burgers with everything vegetables but the burgers came with no toppings at all. The food was incredibly bland and we had to throw it out.

I don't get how Five Guys are still in business. Over $10 for a burger. Cashier barely spoke English well. Took our order wrong. Food tasted OK but. Mediocre burger at best. It's like double the price of In-N-Out and not as good. Can someone honestly say this is the best burger they ever had?

How hard is it to follow clear instructions?? Is shows it TWICE in the receipt that there should be 2 patties, absolutely ridiculous.

I love this place! Not only because of the food but because of an employee named Jennifer! I see her day in and day out! Don't judge me i love my burgers lol, But every time I go she's such an amazing person with great customer service! Always with a smile! She's the real reason I go. Great customer service is hard to find especially when companies don't pay their employees well! I'm not sure what she's making but I am always greated with a smile and most importantly I feel welcomed! I recently tried five guys this year. She was the first person I saw and ever since than she is my favorite person to see at the restaurant! If there is something great five guys did was hire Jennifer! Thank you Jennifer even in my bad days you make me smile

Came to this place to order 2 bacon cheese burgers. 1 with all the toppings and no pickles, and the other with about 5 toppings. I get one bacon cheese burger with some toppings, and the other with just lettuce and tomato and cheese. Even after leaving a tip. I don’t recommend you come to this location if you want your food being done right.
Grab a double and grab your fries! Simply awesome burgers when your hungry! Got to love that grease! Always a good time! GetSome!!

Ordered from store, lazy delivery driver did not even bother to knock on the door. Left bag on the loose of the entrance to my house. Bag full of ants, sick of these a holes using the Covid excuse to be lazy. 5 guys did not even bother to help saying it’s the delivery person. However when you order thru their site they do t mention a third party delivery service. Last time
