I bought a hot dog with French fries and it was horrible... The fries were ok, but the hot dog was too expensive and bad, I bought the simplest one and the bread was falling apart that couldn't be eaten. The people who works there talking about their personal problems really loud , the truth is that I didn't enjoy the experience and wouldn't go back to that place.

Mrs. Maria took out a young man who came to buy just because he arrived with a skateboard, I bought a hamburger and asked him to borrow the bathroom and he told me to use the one from Publix, that lady should be taught well to treat people better.

The food is great but the EMPLOYEES; this lady got made at me for changing my little hamburger that I’m ordering for my mother clearly standing outside. I ask her to please change my burger to a normal hamburger instead of a little hamburger as she proceeds screaming at me over how she’s going to lose her job at this place for changing my order. This lady needs to be fired and hopefully she loses her job. Blonde short hair middle aged about 5’7. Worst experience ever with someone in the food industry

Went in here before and it was great.But as of late whenever I go there is this blond haired old lady working there. And everytime I ask for what flavors of milkshake they have, she says they have vanilla and only vanilla. Now I know this is a lie because directly after tipping, she then proceeded to say that she also has other flavors if we wanted something other than vanilla. Now I could just brush it off as her forgetting, but when it happens three weeks in a row, I don't think I can. Not to mention the amount of times I've seen her grab my fries and brush the lid of my milkshake to "clean it off" with her bare hands. I like 5 guys I really do but this service is just unacceptable. I tried today for the third time, only to be given the same attitude and the same lies about only one flavor. So this time I just walked out, and unless something changes I don't think I'll be coming back, or if anyone else should go.

My son is a college student and his means of transportation is a scooter. A local employee, in a rude and hostile manner, told her that she could not enter with her and told her to leave the restaurant. I understand that there are more appropriate and respectful ways to guide. Especially to students. Offer employees customer service skills.

This location should not be sweeping while customers are still in the restaurant. You sweep when the location is closed so you’re not shaking dust and dirt while people are getting their food or eating their food.
