Misrepresented and Unfairly Banned Body: I was recently banned from all Flanigans locations for “disruptive behavior,” and payment issues accused me of stealing after dine in. When every tab was paid for. which is completely untrue. On the day in question: • I was seated and served. • I had one drink, and at no point was I disruptive, rude, or incoherent. • When an issue occurred — a mistake made by staff — I calmly questioned being blamed: “Because you guys messed up it’s my fault?” That was my only response. • Despite my composure, I was banned across all locations. I want to make it clear that I did not cause any disturbance, and the staff’s version of events is inaccurate. I am disappointed that Flanigans chose to side with staff over a paying customer without investigating or listening to my side. I hope the company reviews this situation and updates their policies, because this kind of blanket punishment over a misunderstanding is unfair and humiliating.

Horrible experience horrible staff poor management. I even filed a complain’t with general manager and she’s been ignoring me as well instead of reviewing the incident. I was treated very poorly and unfairly as a regular customer at this location however I will be calling the liquor license board and also getting legal shield involved. To handle me being retaliated against

Took my grandfather here for lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. My grandpa was embarrassed to leave his walker next to our table where it might be in the way, and one of the staff members offered to hold it in the back for us. Food was incredible. When we finished eating, despite managing a line of Super Bowl pickup orders, the manager (Todd) stopped what he was doing and personally brought the walker back out to us.

Truly wonderful staff. Great food. Great place.

Mr. Flanagan ought to be proud.

I absolutely love flanigans it is my home away from home...the food is great nothing like laughing with friends and locals watching the games by the bar having drinks...but the staff makes it even better. It is like a family. Dee the bartender makes my day every time even when im having a bad day...she is courteous, friendly, fun spirited, and best of all always has a smile on her face..Dee and the rest of the staff is honestly one reason I come here...so if your looking for a cool chill local Pinecrest spot ...flanigans is it

So my wife got there to get us in list , 2 adults and one child, they said 15-20 minutes. After we got a text saying to an hour and other parties how came after us were being called because their table was ready. So unprofessional service. Will never come back to this Flanigan’s again.

We have been coming to Flanigan’s for over 10 years and have always loved the food and service. That’s why I’m sharing this, because this experience was disappointing.

We originally signed up for a table for 7 and were told a specific wait time, but we ended up waiting much longer than promised. During that long wait, one more person joined our group, making us 8.

When we were finally seated, the table only had 6 chairs, even though we had requested a table for 7. We mentioned this and asked for the missing chair. Instead of helping with that first, the staff member repeatedly told us (more than twice) that because we had signed up for 7 and were now 8, we had to leave the table, sign up again, and wait all over again.

We then explained that we were first just asking to complete the 7 seats we had originally requested, and later asked if it was possible to add one more chair for the 8th person. Both times, she kept repeating the same answer, without offering any alternative or showing empathy.

In the end, a child had to sit on her parent’s lap, and later we were only given 7 plates for our wings, which made things uncomfortable.

I would like to highlight that our server, Lou, was excellent as always: professional, attentive, and kind. She truly made the experience better.

We are loyal customers and truly enjoy this restaurant. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that situations like this can be handled with more understanding and better customer service in the future.

I’ve been going to Flanigan’s since the early 1980s, but last night was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I will not be returning to the Pinecrest location.

The service was terrible from start to finish. The garlic rolls arrived with no garlic or butter—just dry bread with a light sprinkle of cheese. The kids’ chicken grillers were dry, the nachos were awful, the ribs came out cold and dry, and the French fries were hard.

I ordered a Flantini during happy hour and was told they were out of Sky Vodka, which is the happy-hour option. I asked if a substitute would be provided and was told yes, yet we were later charged an extra $4 without being informed. We were also charged for honey mustard sauce for the kids’ grillers, an upcharge for apple juice, and they even attempted to charge us for the nachos we sent back.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. After 45 years as a loyal customer, I’m truly sad to say goodbye—but I won’t be returning.

I have been going to this place on and off for several years now. Recently, it’s a hit or miss when it comes to food. My husband and I both had burgers with fries. The bun was cold, the burger had no taste, the french fries were cold with no seasoning. Very disappointed! I don’t know what’s going on with Flannigans, but this is not the first time we order food and we left very disappointed. It’s a shame it’s to happening place, and the service is always excellent, except for the girl who sat us down. When we arrived, she told us it’s a 20 minute wait, after 25 minutes I went up to her to check on the status and she told me, well, I don’t know how much longer it’s gonna be sorry. I’m like, you just told me 20 minutes and now you’re saying you weren’t sure. Then, I get a text that our table is ready? Why did she tell me that? Anyway, I told my husband we’re never coming back here again. This is the third time the food was not good. He agreed.

Ribs were dry, French fries were stale, Coke zero taste funny. Philly cheese steak wasn't appetizing at all. Next time I'll try the Kendall location.

Worst experience in a restaurant in years. I will never come back here. Always congested, both hostess so very, very rude and condescending. Haven't been treated like that in years.

After 30 or 40 visits I'm impressed with Flanigan's consistent good service and delicious ribs. Their prices are fairly inexpensive -especially compared to most Miami eateries: under $50 for two including tax & tip.
