Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

I tried to dine in last night October.4. I arrived at 12:20am plenty of time before they closed and the hostess took my phone number to be added to the waitlist and stated it’ll be 15-20mins wait so 40 mins passed and we were still not being seated so we go inside and ask what’s the hold up another person was in the hostess stand and I told him we been waiting more than 40 mins to dine in and he tells me “oh I’m sorry the kitchen close (being 1:30ish) we’re not sitting anybody down” what a bummer honestly. I even told him that the other female hostess took my phone number to be added to the waitlist. The guy wasn’t willing to give us a table despite being on the so call waitlist and not being told thru text message “my table is ready”. The female hostess could’ve just been honest saying we’re not sitting anymore people down bc either it’s too busy or maybe too close to closing I would’ve understand and gone somewhere else. It’s whatever I won’t be coming to this location, I’ll go somewhere else next time since they’re not the only Flanigan’s around.

Great experience at Flanigans ! Never disappoints , the best service from Nicole was very attentive 10/10 customer service will definitely come back and ask to be seated with her no matter the wait time

Third attempt of going to this location and never actually been able to be seated. Once again we were close by at 10pm and online said 1-11min wait. Walked in and was told 25-30 minutes for two people. Plenty of seating open including outside. Either your online system is not correct or your 3 hostess don’t know how to properly seat. Either way we won’t be trying for a fourth time. All three times same experience.

The food was good, our waitress fenomenal
But the guy who is in the front … posible the bouncer what a disgusting man …
He took a friend of mine out like an animal because was 2 am and the bar was closed …
Even when my friend paid extra tip and also at 1:50 he paid for another beer …
That animal caused injuries to his elbow. And also in his back …..

That kind of people wouldn’t be allowed to work there …

Worse location of of all. Visit frequently most spots. Blonde ( lol ) bar server agressive and non Profesional. Cursing and being rude.

The manager was sweet and comped the meal because of the situation.

The girls in the front are there for nothing. I went in tonight at 8:30 I was waiting for a movie. Checked in at the front gave my name and number. Was told 45 minutes and still waiting for my notification. Couldn’t have been more clear with my name and number. Please ensure that you have competent individuals checking in your guest. Thank you

Chris and iris were amazing thank you for being so attentive always checking in with me asking if I needed something food had me and Chris a lil spectacle in the sense of time of delivery of my wings I don’t know if the cook had some old ones ready but they did arrive a bit to rapidly but still were warm enough to enjoy

The Kendall location rocks! Always packed and the food and service is always great. Went to hang with some high school buddies I haven't seen in a while. Great night.
