Not worth it, make yourself a favor and go to another place :) Manager (Steph) was extremely rude.

Parking: There is over 100+ spaces in the mall’s lot.

The wait is awful they tell you 1 hour it became 2 hours and nothing no table.

One of my favorite hangouts in Miami, especially after work on Wednesday for Wings Wednesday! The staff are always friendly and caring, and the deals here are too good to be true. But if you just want a place to relax, drink a few beers, and just hang out with friends, this place is it!

Parking: It can really be tight at times, because this place is always busy. Not too much of an issue, but it can be annoying having to park by the nearby Home Depot. But beware; people park like morons. Not the fault of the restaurant by any means, but I'm just putting it out there.

Terrible attention from the manager, I paid my order online, I arrive to pick up my order and he tells me that I have not paid, I show him my payment in the application and in my bank and he tells me that I have to pay again or I will be left with the charge and without the food, I never ask for anything from you again, you should treat customers better and look for solutions to problems that are yours

I barely put negative reviews but this location must have changed management. I had all but good things about tbis location but today after waiting over 1hr to be seated we went inside when having 2 seats in front & 3 tables were sat inside 2 of which put their names down after us & the seating never changed. When i asked the waitress she said because i was for inside seating, granted they were sat inside. We were only a party of 2.
I order ribs to go & get home & the ribs are burnt.

Atmosphere here is out of control way too crazy. I witnessed an altercation today 12/23/24 here at Kendall Flanigans over these "over privileged regulars." Today, a hippy looking guy holding up a chair at the bar was mad when his seat was taken. Wow!!! Guy thinks he's renting the chair after leaning it up on the bar to go chit chat with some other people on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BAR. If you're not at your seat for over 20 mins, then you lose the seat, plain and simple. bartenders should know this. The guy comes back, and his seat is taken by another customer, sorry buddy but the seat does not belong to you. Bartenders and managers should have more control over these kind of situations before it gets out of control. Luckily, the guy who "took the seat", was calm enough to leave cause it looked like he was ready to beat this Jerry Garcia looking guy's ass. This crap wouldn't be happening if HERB was still around. RIP my brother.

We spent $110 on an online order that my father in law picked up and I told him to ask for extra sauce and they not only charged him but forgot to put it in the bag. I think it’s ridiculous to pay so much money on food and not be given enough sauce to enjoy the wings why should we pay extra for sauces when it was 50 wings?! The amount should be enough for the amount ordered. Terrible service we literally only got 3 tiny containers of sauces

Service used to be good. Now they have young that does not care about customer service, it's disorganized and the employees are all wearing pajamas, baseball shorts, and crocks to work. Is that even legal. I believe it's a liability.
