I had to wait 1 and half hours to get in and seat at a table another hour to order the food and then anothe hour to get 3 hours in total. The food was mid. I dont recommend it. Not worth the wait.

Terrible customer service and even worse food. I had to sen my food back twice and every time came back wrong in some form. The third time it came back chicken wasn’t even cooked.

Great experience, from the moment we walked in we got sat right away , the restaurant was clean our server LUANNA was excellent, very nice and professional, she went above and beyond to get our order right and kept coming around to see if we were good or needed anything, she really made us feel welcome, will definitely come back and ask for her to served us again, also the food came out hot and fast and tasted delicious, and their menu prices are great especially their lunch specials. Thank you Flanigan’s for great experience

I stopped into Flanigans Thursday evening (January 29th)

Our server, Tommy was fantastic and provided great service. The drinks from the bar were good.

Unfortunately, I had ordered a basket of fries and they tasted like they had been sitting the in the window for an hour. I asked for fresh fries, but the new ones that came out, as well as the side of fries that came with my boyfriend’s meal, were both still cold. The tumbleweed onions were also barely warm, but I guess they were a little better than the fries.

Overall, great service from Tommy, but I’m disappointed this is where we ate dinner tonight because the food was very disappointing.

Always good very social place Great for watching games drinking and meeting up with friends. Been coming here for more than 10 years

I came in today in a total hurry, just needing a drink and hoping for the best—and wow, did Nicole deliver. She made my drink properly, quickly, and with such a genuinely great attitude that it immediately stood out.

When I complimented her, she casually mentioned that she’s still in training… and I was honestly shocked. She was wearing a red jersey shirt, and I fully assumed she was a senior team member because her service quality absolutely matched that level (if not exceeded it).

I’ve been coming here for years, and this experience finally prompted me to stop and write a review. Nicole turned what could’ve been just another rushed stop into a standout moment. If this is what “training” looks like, you’ve got real gold on your hands

I tried to dine in last night October.4. I arrived at 12:20am plenty of time before they closed and the hostess took my phone number to be added to the waitlist and stated it’ll be 15-20mins wait so 40 mins passed and we were still not being seated so we go inside and ask what’s the hold up another person was in the hostess stand and I told him we been waiting more than 40 mins to dine in and he tells me “oh I’m sorry the kitchen close (being 1:30ish) we’re not sitting anybody down” what a bummer honestly. I even told him that the other female hostess took my phone number to be added to the waitlist. The guy wasn’t willing to give us a table despite being on the so call waitlist and not being told thru text message “my table is ready”. The female hostess could’ve just been honest saying we’re not sitting anymore people down bc either it’s too busy or maybe too close to closing I would’ve understand and gone somewhere else. It’s whatever I won’t be coming to this location, I’ll go somewhere else next time since they’re not the only Flanigan’s around.

Third attempt of going to this location and never actually been able to be seated. Once again we were close by at 10pm and online said 1-11min wait. Walked in and was told 25-30 minutes for two people. Plenty of seating open including outside. Either your online system is not correct or your 3 hostess don’t know how to properly seat. Either way we won’t be trying for a fourth time. All three times same experience.
