The most horrible experience! On December 27, my family and I decided to eat at Flanigan’s, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. Our waiter was absolutely terrible, and this story feels like it needs popcorn.

To set the scene: The restaurant was not full. My parents and little brothers were seated at one table, completely separate from my fiancé, our friends, and me. The issues started right away. My mom ordered for my little brothers and then for herself—a full rack of ribs. The waiter started walking away without taking my dad’s order, and my dad had to call him back, saying, “You’re not going to take my order?” Instead of apologizing, the waiter rudely replied, “You guys aren’t sharing the full rack of ribs? That’s a lot for her.” That was completely disrespectful and out of line.

Things only got worse. It took the waiter 30 minutes to come back and ask the rest of us what we wanted. Once we finally placed our orders, the food took forever to arrive. Meanwhile, everyone at the table asked for refills on their drinks, but none of us ever got them.

When the food finally started coming out, it was chaotic. My fiancé got his meal first, but the rest of us didn’t get ours until much later. Out of the 8 people at our table, 3 of us got our food 20 minutes after my fiancé. The remaining 4 people? They didn’t get their meals until 30 minutes after the first group had already finished eating. It was incredibly frustrating because no one could eat together as a group.

To make matters worse, the food tasted awful. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. We won’t be coming back.

The food was excellent 👍 and our server Alexis had a very fun and funny personality 🙂 we loved him,we will be coming back for sure

Great food, well prepped. Nice, quick service. Definitely advise going before 7pm for dinner, ya beat the evening rush.

Stay away if you want good food they serve their fries cold meaning they just reheat them and the service is disgusting definitely don't recommend to anyone with a family as soon as opening the food I had to most of it all away I mean come on guys if I pay 100 dollars worth of food I expect the food to be good this wasn't the case. Worst Flanigans I have ate fr.

Flannigans is what it is. The food is great but this location on bird road is absolute trash.
