We go to this Flanigan's at the Doral because their New York steak is the best. husband and I prefer this location, Dona Maritza always receive us with a smile and make us feel welcome. Good food, great music, nice place to gather with friends and family. Love this place!

**Restaurant Review**

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. It took a staggering 45 minutes for our nachos to arrive, and when they finally did, they were not as ordered. We specifically requested no jalapeños, yet they still came with them. After asking for a replacement, the new batch still contained some jalapeño pieces.

To make matters worse, I ordered a hamburger cooked well done, but it arrived burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. When I informed the waiter about the issue, he was inattentive and unhelpful. We decided not to have the hamburger remade, and the only response we received was that they wouldn’t charge us for it—no apologies or any effort to make the situation right.

This restaurant has often been reliable in the past, but this time, everything went wrong. I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail in the future.

Our server was by the name of John and our party did not feel as attended. We were seated after a rush.. yes after a rush as we confirmed with another server and everything was still just as delayed. Our appetizers came out and no utensils were given nor napkins. We had to ask another server that was not assigned to us to bring us some as John never came in time.. we did not receive napkins either.. we had to reach to the table behind us who just left for their unused napkins. Our drinks as well came after the appetizers which is not usual in many establishments. Ordered a vodka cran myself, received two cups, both a single. When the check came I was charged for 2, confirmed with John this was considered the double as I assumed. He took my check to ''correct'' came back with charging me 4 single vodka crans. Good thing I had noticed, so John then corrected check once again. Overall service was poorly on this Sunday night. Dec 29 2024.

Parking: Difficult to find parking as any would assume at a Flanigans at any time.. I recommend waiting for a spot when seeing someone leave. If not, park at the Chili's next door.

Excellent food, I love the ribs, excellent place to drink and share with friends and family, the place is not so clean, the floor feels very greasy and the tables are not cleaned well, that would be for improvement, otherwise it is very Well.

It's a place that I go to frequently and I really like their food. Unfortunately, their staff lacks training as they discriminated against me for having a service dog. The hostess, whose name is lsaac, did not want to give me a table and, when it was finally his turn to assign me one, he threw the menus at me with an unpleasant attitude. I looked for a manager (Alvaro) to talk about the problem and his response was not an adequate solution. The restaurant denied me service until I submitted all the documents (disability letter and service credential).

I recently dined at Flanigan's in Doral, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The combination of amazing prices, delicious food, and attentive service made it a memorable outing. One of the standout dishes for us was the BBQ ribs—they were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Paired with a pitcher of cold beer, it was the ideal meal for a casual night out.

The atmosphere at Flanigan's is lively and welcoming, making it a great spot to gather with friends or family. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for our table, but it was well worth it. The staff kept us informed about our wait time, which made the experience more pleasant.

One minor downside is that finding a parking spot can be a bit challenging during busy hours, but it’s a small price to pay for such great food.

Overall, Flanigan's lives up to its reputation for being "bueno, bonito y barato." If you're in the area and looking for a place with excellent BBQ and a fun atmosphere, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit! I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu!

I was with my father and from the beginning Maria was rude to my father and treated me rudely too. Terrible waitress, I have been working in customer service for 5 years and if you don't like your job try to do something else.

The worst ribs I've ever eaten in my entire life, it was only cooked and they added the BBQ sauce, i think it didn't even have salt. Maybe in other Flanigan’s are good here the worst of my life. The very attentive waitress tried not to be charged but it didn't happen, she proposed a gift card of $20 dollars if we wanted to return but believe me I won't come back again.
