Once again I decided to try Flanigan’s one more time and as always a little disappointed on the service. It’s amazing I got the bill before I got my glass of wine and got my meal also before my glass of wine! I totally understand when you are busy, however it seems bartenders cannot multitask. I stopped coming here for Happy Hour because didn’t like that the bartender wore blue gloves the whole time and touched limes, cash, dirty dishes and NEVER washed his hands or changed the disgusting blue gloves. Although I live in Doral I prefer to drive to your location in Miramar where the service is always attentive and friendly and the food always good!!

The staff was amazing, super friendly.

The atmosphere was actually quite nice but it was SO dark, we had a large group of all ages. We got there late at night. Everyone had to use their phones flashlight to read the menu which was a bit annoying. Some of the older people even with the flash light had a really hard time.

The appetizer never came out, not a huge deal they remove it from our check. The food was OK. I would not have an issue eating hear again maybe in the day time.

When with my husband and his friend bad experiences, bartender was a older men was very rude and destructive talking to other employees, we always go to the one in Kendall and never had any issues

I am very disappointed with my experience at Flanigan’s. The bartender cut off me and my two friends after we had a total of 11 beers between the three of us. And forcing us to get food after we have told them we already had food. I’ve been to other locations many times, and this has never happened before by far the worst Flanigan’s experience I’ve had. On top of that, the bartenders spent most of the time in the corner talking, rather than making sure customers were taken care of when I walked in it took about 5 minutes for me to get a drink. I had to get their attention every time I wanted a drink. It was my first time in this location and I will not be returning.
