We go to this Flanigan's at the Doral because their New York steak is the best. husband and I prefer this location, Dona Maritza always receive us with a smile and make us feel welcome. Good food, great music, nice place to gather with friends and family. Love this place!
Our server was by the name of John and our party did not feel as attended. We were seated after a rush.. yes after a rush as we confirmed with another server and everything was still just as delayed. Our appetizers came out and no utensils were given nor napkins. We had to ask another server that was not assigned to us to bring us some as John never came in time.. we did not receive napkins either.. we had to reach to the table behind us who just left for their unused napkins....
Excellent food, I love the ribs, excellent place to drink and share with friends and family, the place is not so clean, the floor feels very greasy and the tables are not cleaned well, that would be for improvement, otherwise it is very Well.
