We had the most incredible dining experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. My boyfriend and I got steak, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese; it was an absolute delight and worth every penny. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Neria B. She was kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our entire meal an unforgettable experience. Neria, your incredible energy and dedicated service are greatly appreciated! Thank you for all you did!

Nice people, mediocre streak, mediocre service. Had to chase the staff the whole night, maybe because of a large party somewhere else, but still. Highlight was trying to cash out while the bartender put her head in the fridge to look at her instagram. Prices were very, very high for what it is.

Excellent food, but inside they have very cold air, they should put it in a better environment so that people can eat and drink wine without so much cold. They just need to improve that. We had to eat outside so as not to be so cold.

steak not cooked the way I ordered it. had to eat alone. my wife's meal would have gotten cold. the manager on duty couldn't bother to come to table. spent most of the evening talking to other clie nuts. our servers Amanda and Carlos where great but especially Amanda. so sad mgmt can't be bothered yi follow up. won't be back for sure.

We came here on the Tuesday before Valentine's Day, as we occasionally treat ourselves to Fleming's "A Taste for Twosday". We were seated right away on the patio, given menus and offered waters, but disappointingly, though it wasn't actually Valentine's Day, they only had their standard dinner menu and their special Valentines menu available, and were not offering the Taste for Twosday at all. We decided to order from the standard menu. We shared an order of prosciutto with burrata cheese as our starter, then ordered the 35 ounce tomahawk steak to share, along with Fleming's potatoes and sauteed mushrooms for our sides. We also requested a bottle of wine. The food was all very good, but I must say I'm partial to Fleming's Coral Gables location. When the tomahawk steak is served there, it comes out sizzling and seemingly has more flavor. Also, we only got 2 small rolled slices of prosciutto - 1 slice each with our order. For the price point, the portion of that meat should certainly be more generous. Service was spot on all night and the manager checked in on us at one point and topped off our glasses of wine. The only (small) miss is that we had to request waters twice, as the ones we ordered shortly after being seated never arrived to us.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic for dining. It's a peaceful and pleasant place to eat. The food is exceptional and the customer service is outstanding. If you haven't been here before, I highly recommend giving it a chance. I assure you that you won't be let down.

First time visiting this place and first of all, the reasons for my two stars it’s I have to acknowledge the super professional work of the manager, I don't remember her name well, I think it was Sabrina and the server Tatiana..BUT the worst steak I have ever eaten in my life for the price they have in this place we expected something so much better and quality . All the meat full of fat . Carpaccio terrible. Great service terrible food
