Visited Fonda Sabaneta (Colombian restaurant in Southwest Miami), for the first time in late November 2025. My wife and I were actually heading to a nearby restaurant when we noticed how crowded Fonda Sabaneta was. We decided to check them out and upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman seated at the table by the door. We exchanged pleasantries and continued to sit at a table closeby. We were immediately presented with a menu and two small cups...

The waiter Andrés was really nice, kind and helpful. We didn’t eat full courses just appetizers and were good.
I don’t like is the volume of the music, it is so loud that you can’t talk ( today we seat outside but i have come several times and that is the only thing i don’t like).

Fonda Sabaneta is hands down one of the best Colombian restaurants I’ve ever visited in South Florida! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm and vibrant atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of Colombian culture. The food is absolutely phenomenal—rich in flavor, authentic, and clearly made with love. Every dish feels like a trip to Colombia!
