Food wasn’t bad. Service is horrible. Employees o their phones and act like it’s a bother to take your order. The science museum was the same. Everyone that works there on phone sir has earbuds in ears and not paying attention. Management needs to do an overhaul.

The food wasn’t bad, yucca fries, not bad, corn bread not bad. Now the service was horrible. The two ladies taking the orders at the front counter were on their phones the entire time. One was even showing the other a video while taking a video. Horrible and unprofessional.

The food was great, scenic gardens and great views of both the city and bay front area. Take that special someone on a date, or hangout with family and friends. Go and explore the gift shop!

Legal action will be taken. It is appalling that fast food of such poor quality can be sold at such an outrageous price. Once again, you have ruined our vacation. I honestly didn’t have very high expectations based on the previous reviews but I thought the food was good. I got the Miami Bowl and it was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at a museum. Make sure you break up the cilantro so you have some for each bite.

Terrible service. Online they say they are open until 5 PM. We arrived at 4:26 to have and they refused to take my order. Incredibly rude, misleading information, and absolutely terrible customer service.
We spoke to the manager who took no accountability and said they were “likely cleaning up early”.
