The ticket says Kay T, cashier with bright orange hair. Horrible service. On her phone while taking the order. Which she couldn't get correct because obviously she was not paying attention.
They took 15 minutes to give me two coffees, while they kept giving coffees to people that came after me.

Decent food for being the cafe at a museum. Burger was decent and they got my order correct. The Starbucks didn't have English breakfast or Earl grey ? And they messed up our plantains and put cheese on it

Food wasn’t bad. Service is horrible. Employees o their phones and act like it’s a bother to take your order. The science museum was the same. Everyone that works there on phone sir has earbuds in ears and not paying attention. Management needs to do an overhaul.

The food wasn’t bad, yucca fries, not bad, corn bread not bad. Now the service was horrible. The two ladies taking the orders at the front counter were on their phones the entire time. One was even showing the other a video while taking a video. Horrible and unprofessional.

Students get discounts, must show updated ID, and special offers may apply to Bank of America customers, double check and daily specials. The food was great, scenic gardens and great views of both the city and bay front area. Take that special someone on a date, or hangout with family and friends. Go and explore the gift shop!

his is unacceptable. We purchased a pizza, and now both of my daughters are experiencing severe vomiting. Your product has completely ruined our vacation. We are on our way to the hospital. Legal action will be taken. It is appalling that fast food of such poor quality can be sold at such an outrageous price. Once again, you have ruined our vacation. Absolutely amazing experience, and Hannah from your Aquatics team was absolutely phenomenal and world class in her knowledge. The whole staff was definitely polite and genuinely kind.

I honestly didn’t have very high expectations based on the previous reviews but I thought the food was good. I got the Miami Bowl and it was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at a museum. Make sure you break up the cilantro so you have some for each bite.

Terrible service. Online they say they are open until 5 PM. We arrived at 4:26 to have and they refused to take my order. Incredibly rude, misleading information, and absolutely terrible customer service.

We spoke to the manager who took no accountability and said they were “likely cleaning up early”.

We had pizza and also coffee from the Starbucks. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The pizza and coffee were good. Prices are expected at a museum.
