During her time in the Dominican Republic, Doña Francisca discovers a recipe that was born in 1540 with Christopher Columbus where they used green wood to cook meat more slowly, without being directly exposed to fire. With our charcoal cooking method, we transfer this technique and prepare these exquisite ribs with a guava sauce made at home for 24 hours.

Been meaning to come here for a few years and finally made it and had 1/4 chicken which was so juicy and delicious. Best chicken I’ve had in a long time. Love their green sauce too. For sides got the black beans which were good and coleslaw which you can easily split with someone and is very good; creamy but not too creamy.
Will definitely eat here every time I’m in Miami.

The experience was fabulous, the attention I loved, it had been a long time since I had eaten such an exquisite chicken, I really liked everything and from now on I will be a frequent customer.

Incredible! The food was delicious and very well presented. The atmosphere is super cozy and the staff was very friendly and attentive. It was evident that everything was prepared with great love. We enjoyed every bite and can't wait to go back. They definitely deserve the 5 stars!
