We were waiting for a table and they seated some people who arrived after us first. Obviously we left indignant without eating. The clients were well taken advantage of too… who knew they had arrived later and sat very calmly even though I said so.
The food is amazing, the cachapas are divine, the only thing we didn't like the last time we went was that now there is a person who sings live and after he finishes he asks you for a “collaboration” going from table to table. I find it extremely distasteful that when we are eating people come asking for money and putting us in an uncomfortable situation.

The cachapas are divine, almost like those prepared in Venezuela. Tequeños are a must. However, it seems to me that the food is overpriced for a food truck.

Venezuelans and their prices. Called to place an order, 2 single cachapas, no doubles, no extra cheese, just added steak which their menu shows $5.50 extra. Asked for the total and it was $49. I couldn’t hang up any quicker, insane prices. I should add, this was regular carne asada, no picanha, no churrasco, insane.
My favorite place for cachapas, they are delicious but super bad service, I was waiting too long for 1 cachapa and even the table that arrived after I brought the food first while I was still waiting, I had to leave the place without eating, they are super rude I recommend the owner train his staff better because in the end he is the one who loses
Extremely disappointing! The cachapa never arrived after an hour of waiting. I can't recommend this.

Terrible service, the waitress was never attentive to the table, we had to go up to ask for the bill and to make matters worse, she took the order wrong, trying to make the cooks look bad, being herself the culprit of not writing down our order correctly.
Very delicious food and attention from the owner and the girls.

The food is good but unfortunately the service has gone down, I was waiting almost an hour for some cachapas and there weren't that many people waiting. Customers who were friends of the waiters arrived and were served first today, 10/23. Too bad, they ignore customers and pretend they don't see them so they don't respond.

They are very tasty, the truth is that I recommend eating them right away. If you order takeout, make sure it's quick. They taste tastier coming off the grill. The staff would be good to change the way they serve the public a little, be more cordial, and the rest is good.

The food is good and so is the service. There are details to take into account: 1- it is an open environment (food truck), therefore heat and rain are unavoidable 2- The obligation to pay first 3- at times the music is very loud. But it is simple and fast and that is appreciated.
