What a Wednesday, Hump Day treat! I was near the area and decided to have some Frankie's for lunch. Wonderful as always! All the boys there working hard making all the yummy pizzas like elfs making toys for Santa. Which, by the way, I met a Santa Claus impersonator as I waited for my slices. I sat outside on their picnic table by their anniversary sign in the warm breeze and felt like I was in heaven with each bite of my 2 pepperoni pizza slices. Thank you to the whole team and Happy 70th+ Anniversary! I love Frankie's!

Recently visited Frankie’s, it was ok the fact my order did take over 30 min. The crust was a little tough and rough not really deep dish. Could use some more sauce and cheese. I will say the Garlic rolls was Amazing.

Grew up with Frankie’s. Whenever I’m back in Miami, I make it a priority to go by. At the moment we order off Goldbelly’s. We love the crisp and the pepperoni. If I don’t wanna pay a crazy amount for Prince Street, this what we snag instead! The play is getting the take & bake version and doing it in your oven at home.. make sure to set to broil for the last minute to get that extra crisp!

In all my 30 uears eating Frankies, last night’s pizza was a let down. The crust was not there, the cheese was over done( burnt)

This place is totally overrated. The service was poor, the taste was average, and the pizza was over-priced. Quality wise, I believe chain pizza stores are better quality a half the price.

I ordered from Frankie’s Pizza and was told my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. When I arrived, they let me know there had been a mix-up and my pizza was accidentally given to someone else. They immediately apologized and said they could have a fresh one ready in 10 minutes.
What really stood out was when my pizza was ready, they gave it to me on the house. I wasn’t expecting that at all, and it truly meant a lot. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them is everything. This is exactly how you turn a mishap into a loyal customer.
From one business owner to another, well done. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back. 🍕👏

Thanksgiving week ,I ordered a large pie for pick up, the pizza dough was terrible ,hard like bubble gum ,is a shame, I like this place a lot ,this was my last one ,bunch of teenagers working there, texting and doing a terrible pizza, maybe they changed ownership, but these are not the same from 20 years ago.
