The ice creams are overpriced and not worth the money for their quality. Inside the store, there’s a misleading sign advertising a single scoop for $4, but when you pay, it costs double. When I kindly asked the associate about it, he got visibly upset and aggressively showed me what the “$4 scoop” was, slamming the freezer door and making a rude remark. I felt disrespected. Terrible customer service and high prices for mediocre ice cream

Five stars- not just because the gelato/sorbet was fabulous, but because the only worker was giving it his all despite the fact it was 11:00pm and he seemed exhausted. As someone who’s worked in restaurants, I admit I didn’t always provide the best service in the last half hour before close so I will never be upset when people don’t have the best attitude if I’m pulling up within 30 minutes of closing— that makes it all the more impressive that he was able to stay kind, patient, and helpful.

Been coming here for a while now. I love the ice cream here and tbh, it’s amazing. One of the best treats. Wish they would bring back the chocolate freddo more often though. While the ice cream is amazing, the price is high but worth it sometimes. I think the only issue is the service. Some employees there can be cool and helpful. But the past two visits I felt they were judgmental at times and idk if they were in a rush or what but sometimes felt the service was a little off and with attitude. Might just order for pickup from now on or look elsewhere
