French Bistro - Argentinian Steakhouse

The Argentinian barbecue plate for 2 is amazing! More meat than 2 people can handle, cheaper and better than Texas de Brazil or the Knife. Ordered 2 servings for my family of 4 and had to bring some home. It’s my 2nd time here and it’s consistent. The service is good, the place is always clean and the menu is diverse. But that barbecue plate….amazing for the price. The crepe Suzette is awesome too.

Tried for the first time even though lived in the area for over 25 years. Delicious! Great lunch specials and the chicken parm was one of the best we ever had.

My boyfriend and I have gone for dinner the past two Fridays.
We loved the food, especially because it is fresh and homemade.

Went here for a graduation dinner and was very disappointed . We were waited by the owner and she was extremely rude and I even saw her grabbing the fries with her bare hands after I had to get up to ask for water because it had been forever since we were attended to. When she came to our table to take our orders she was visibly annoyed when we were caught off guard by her questions being that we had never been there before . When she did bring our food and it was wrong she rolled her eyes and took the whole plate leaving someone without food .

The best empanadas en south miami . Seriously ! .

This little gem across from The Falls cooks some of the best churrasco steaks in all of Miami, bar none.

Food is great, and so is the service....minimum wait, will be going again.

I really liked the experience since they have a wide menu, I was trying the meat on the disc, it fascinated me and my husband tried the steak of super good quality, the soft juicy meat was perfect and the dessert was delicious

I got strong stomach aches after eating a steak in this restaurant . Feeling very bad. Plates are not clean, you can see grease on it with fingerprints.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but My experience was rather Underwhelming.

I came in for lunch as part of the Miami Spice special promotion, lunch for $30. However, I think it was not the right fit of a place for me.

I ordered the pincanha with fries and a salad (their version of a steak frite) and while it was presented well, and I can’t say it was bad, it was just OK. The steak had more fat than I would’ve envisioned. I had to cut off about 10-15% of the total steak, and I saw it rather small, but then again it was a promotional meal, so maybe I expected too much.

The dessert (crème brûlée) was actually surprisingly larger than I expected, and was pretty good… I guess it serves to make up for the smaller portion of steak.

In summary, it’s acceptable, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it highly. But I did see this place has it’s devoted and very regular clientele. The owner was up and about, and the waitstaff are attentive and courteous.

Small location in strip shopping center near The Falls. Both my wife and I got filet mignon. Portions were very large, meat had good flavor but was not very tender. Served with very simple salad and mixed vegetables. You could also select one additional side. I chose mashed potatoes but they tasted like instant. Service was excellent and servers were very friendly.
